I have been to the TOA clinic three times now. Twice for lip filler and most recently, tear trough filler. I cannot recommend it enough. I have been to various places over the years so I feel like I have enough to compare with. Sofia’s consultations are proper and precise. The work will not commence until it is understood exactly what you desire. She also makes great suggestions. The procedures are always painless. I don’t know how she does it, whether it’s a technique or the needle itself or perhaps both. What I’m most pleased about is how long the results last. Maybe I’m lucky but 15 months on from having lip filler, it’s still there! If you want a relaxing experience in a beautiful clinic, knowing that you’re in safe hands, go to TOA.

A warm welcome, followed by fantastic customer service. Made me feel at ease from the commencement of the session and explain to the procedure throughout. Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.

I have been going to Dr Shikha now for around 3 years, I have injectables, fillers and recently some very natural-looking filler in my lips. I also changed my skincare regime to Obagi. I had suggested ideas I had read about but Dr Shikha, I have found will always advise the right route to take using her expertise. The results are a much better skin tone and a natural look, whilst helping to fight the signs of ageing!! I would totally recommend it.

I was extremely pleased with all stages of the treatment. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a cup of tea and seated. I had a consultation with Dr. Sophie, who was very patient and gave me the best advice and answered all my queries and addressed my worries- I even was allowed to bring my son with me which made me much more comfortable. Dr Rehman is lovely, she always discusses the procedures thoroughly and explains what results in I can hope to achieve from each treatment. I had the roots of my tooth removed by Dr Bilal Fazil, assisted by Cianna. My regular dentist couldn't remove them and referred me. I expected pain, discomfort and struggles, but, once the anaesthetic achieved the desired affect, Dr Fazil removed the roots in a matter of minutes, with no cutting or drilling required. He informed me what to expect and was polite, courteous and professional at all times. Thank-you!
