All I can say is I had the best experience with Sofia. On arrival, I was a bit apprehensive but there was no need to feel like that, as Sofia explained everything. It's only been 4 days since my threading but already I'm very pleased with the results thus far. The whole experience was lovely. The clinic is like a home away from home and as for Sofia to me, she is one of the nicest women I've had the pleasure of meeting and I would send any of my friends to her for treatment. All in all lovely experience from the moment I entered the clinic till I left. Thank you, Sofia. The treatment I had was neck treading.

A warm welcome, followed by fantastic customer service. Made me feel at ease from the commencement of the session and explain to the procedure throughout. Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.

After having an online consultation with the doctor, he came back with excellent recommendations. Referred me to a doctor at my surgery and treatment commenced extremely quickly. Many thanks again

I have been going to Dr Shikha now for around 3 years, I have injectables, fillers and recently some very natural-looking filler in my lips. I also changed my skincare regime to Obagi. I had suggested ideas I had read about but Dr Shikha, I have found will always advise the right route to take using her expertise. The results are a much better skin tone and a natural look, whilst helping to fight the signs of ageing!! I would totally recommend it.

I was extremely pleased with all stages of the treatment. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a cup of tea and seated. I had a consultation with Dr. Sophie, who was very patient and gave me the best advice and answered all my queries and addressed my worries- I even was allowed to bring my son with me which made me much more comfortable. Treatment for Wrinkles and fillers I did and asked for the same in my home country. Unfortunately in my home country, It lasts less long than the one of Dr Munoz in Turkey. Products are qualified. You can trust her advice she will not over advice things you don’t need. Everybody compliments me after I pass by her. I found the clinic online. Want to come back just for her good work. Will write a new review when I pass again. Assistant is also so lovely and so sweet.

I can't recommend highly enough. I had what can only be described as a piece of skin develop on my ear which was getting bigger over time. Jules was recommended to me and I can see why. Fantastic experience. Having been to a clinic in London I can safely say the doctor was more thorough with the scan and explained the treatment plan it more depth and clarity than my previous experience at another clinic. The prices are reasonable. Definitely recommended.

Excellent removal of cyst for my daughter. Very calm Doctor put her at ease. Jordyn the receptionist was excellent and very helpful and even helped me avoid the traffic on the M50 northbound by giving me an alternative route.! All round excellent and very prompt response to enquiries!

My consultation was with Elaine Doran. She was knowledgeable, informative and highly skilled. She made me feel so at ease as well as being obviously very educated. It was an eye-opening and life-changing appointment for me and I definitely plan on going back.

I have been having dermal fillers for over 20 years and have been fortunate to have been treated by the most prestigious in the industry. I have recently started having treatments with Dr Raquel as she is highly recommended and is well regarded in her field. Dr Raquel is highly professional but approachable, friendly and kind. As to be expected the treatment outcome was wonderful, she is skilled and I wouldn't be going anywhere else from now on. She will not overtreat you just enhance you.
