I needed a fair bit of stuff done due to age and neglect and it was all done to the highest quality over the course of a few visits. All the staff members are engaging and professional. Residents of West Wight are fortunate to have this excellent service at their disposal. I won't ever go anywhere else.

My visit this time was my 6 month check up. They are always very thorough and take time to both chat and explain what they find. I had a set of X-rays taken as it had been a couple of years since having any and I was also complaining of some discomfort. The X-ray showed no major problem and was told to be less vigorous when using my dental floss. The practice has decorated its waiting room and has replaced its old furniture making a more comfortable visit.

Recently changed to Shepshed Dental Practice and am very pleased with everyone there, you feel so at home when there. Had two appointments in the last two weeks lasting over an hour each time as there is lots of work to do, due to me not attending a dentist for some time since before COVID. But I feel so pleased that my wife and I decided to choose them. They let you see pictures of every tooth before and after the treatment and advise what will need to watch out for if you require the work (no pressure). So extremely happy with our choice. Thank you for your work.

A warm welcome was given on arrival for my appointment. Friendly staff dealt with questions I had, and made me feel at ease, before treatment. My appointment with the hygienist also went well. I was given advice that certainly, has made me hopeful I'm on track to better healthy teeth and gums.
