He has helped me in so many ways to overcome my fears and complexes in relation to my teethCathJay, UK, 15 08 24

I went to see Dr Nikolaos Kasiteridis at Forest and Ray as I was having complex problems with some upper teeth, including a front tooth, a difficult situation for anyone! I am extremely grateful to Dr Nikolaos who was a marvel; he went the extra mile for me as a dentist who wants the best possible outcome for his patient’s health, at the same time incorporating high technical ability with cosmetic expertise. I can safely say that Dr Nikolaos excels in all these areas, his wealth of experience and long service to the practice speak for themselves, and he is a real professional. He digs deep to do the best he can with any of your dental problems. He has helped me in so many ways to overcome my fears and complexes in relation to my teeth. I’m aware that I can be a difficult and fussy patient to deal with and Dr Nikolaos has managed to help with my issues in a calm and professional manner. So, if you are thinking of a dentist who incorporates technical excellence with integrity, and also extremely importantly, a sympathetic response to difficulties that can seem overwhelming, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Nikolaos and his excellent team. You will find that all their suggestions for your treatment are based on a genuine desire to help you in every possible way, as I did!

Scaling and Root Planing
Healthy teeth are essential for any smile makeover. That’s why it is a good idea to ensure your teeth and gums are in top condition before considering any cosmetic treatment. Regular check-ups with your dentist and hygienist are highly recommended to keep your smile sparkling. The results of a professional scale and polish can be pleasantly surprising. Every half a year, a dental cleaning session removes stains and tartar that have built upon the surface of your teeth and will improve the appearance of your smile, leaving your teeth looking much whiter and brighter. You can maintain these results with a first-class brushing and flossing routine at home.
Teeth Cleaning from £117
Teeth cleaning—usually performed by a dental hygienist– is a very effective procedure for removing tartar (mineralized plaque) that may develop even with careful brushing and flossing, especially in areas that are difficult to reach in routine brushing. Because it is essential to remove the tartar below the gum line and above it, getting your teeth professionally cleaned by a dental hygienist at least twice a year is a must. Teeth cleaning with special dental tools removes harmful plaque, calculus (hardened plaque), and bacteria that can’t be removed at home by simply brushing or flossing– regardless of how vigorously you brush or floss. Professional teeth cleaning will include tooth scaling and root planning and tooth polishing and debridement if too much tartar has accumulated and can prevent cavities, gingivitis, and periodontal disease. The shortest hygiene session is around 20 minutes, while the longest lasts about one hour but is reserved for only the most extreme cases, and these sessions can last shorter the more frequently you get them. As a true time saver, we recommend getting the treatment every half-year check-up, which is a necessary part of your oral health and is highly recommended. The best you can do is to see a dental hygienist near you to get proper advice on maintaining good oral health!
Ultrasonic Scaling
Ultrasonic scaling is a standard procedure performed during a hygiene consultation to remove plaque and tartar buildup from the teeth and gums. A dental hygienist performs the procedure. Before starting, a thorough examination of the teeth and gums may precede it.It is a kind of cleaning that uses a unique instrument called an ultrasonic scaler uses high-frequency vibrations and a fine stream of water to break up and remove the buildup of plaque and tartar from the teeth. The scaler is designed to be gentle on the teeth and gums while effectively removing stubborn deposits that cannot be removed by brushing and flossing alone. Your teeth will be polished to remove any remaining stains and to give them a smooth, shiny surface. Ultrasonic scaling is an important part of preventive dental care because it prevents gum disease, tooth decay, and other dental problems. The procedure is pain-free and does not require any anesthesia. However, patients with sensitive teeth or gums may experience some discomfort.

I will recommend this surgeryAbiola, UK, 19 10 23

The dentist took no time to review me and confirmed what my other dentist diagnosed. He even slashed the amount of the consultation fee in half. That was very good of him, as he doesn't have to. A big thanks to Dr Bilal and also the secretaries, very welcoming. I will recommend this surgery
