Attended Cardonald Dental Clinic for planned treatment. As an "older" very anxious patient , I am so grateful to Dr Neil and the team for their empathy . All staff were professional and person-centred which made me feel more at ease. Dr Neil is a highly skilled dental clinician ,who explained the pathway of my treatment and at each stage reflected on the outcome. I had no pain & always remained comfortable. I am to return for further visits with improved trust & confidence because of my experience. Thanks to All.

Made contact as I had toothache and inflammation of the gums, Deirdre initially took some info and discussed with Neil, she then called me back asking me to make my way to the surgery. Neil prescribed penicillin and an appointment was made later in the week for the extraction, very friendly and efficient service from both of them. The next day I called again as the swelling had increased and the toothache was extremely painful, again Deirdre advised me after discussion with Neil to make my way back to the surgery. He decided to extract the tooth there and then explaining everything step by step. Neil has a great sense of humour and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Great service and would highly recommend both Neil and Deirdre.
