Been to Precision Dental today for the first time. All the staff I met were nice and friendly. And very professional. I was put at ease after having bad experiences with a dentist years ago. I can definitely recommend this dentist. Who are thorough and check everything to do with teeth and oral health. I wish I had visited this dentist years ago.
I have been fortunate for many years to have been looked after by CDP and in all that time have always received exemplary care by everyone and non more so than now by Laura, whose skill, kindness and care, whether it be for a routine check up right through to my more recent crown. Incredibly easy to get seen and treated. The staff were very friendly. All treatments were explained clearly beforehand, and what was happening was explained throughout. Felt like I was treated as an adult who could have an opinion about my own care which is not common so reallyappreciated.
After suffering from a painful wisdom tooth for quite some time, Abbey Dental Care took care of me. I saw Dr Bailey who was fantastic with me, he prescribed much-needed antibiotics to sort the infection and then referred me to see Dr Joe Gray who extracted the tooth. I was extremely nervous as this was not a straightforward extraction, in terms of how the tooth was growing, where it was growing and also with bone growing over the tooth. The very talented Dr Gray made sure I was comfortable and giving me as many breaks as I needed during the procedure. I can not recommend Abbey Dental Care enough and certainly the Dr's I saw and not to forget the dental nurses who also was fantastic. Along with pleasant reception staff who was also very kind. It was quite excellent and totally pain-free. Overall a very good experience.
My family and I have had nothing but the best treatment. The staff all go out of their way to accommodate us by fitting us in if there is an emergency and always being friendly and making us feel at home.
