Last Tuesday(6/09/22) I went for a check-up, & met Ozga. I knew I had problems with a root that needed removing. Having been traumatised in February at another Dental practice, I was very nervous. Ozga was amazing, and reassured me throughout, as did the caring nurse. The procedure was pain-free, and Ozga explained, I would only feel the pressure of the extraction. A warm welcome was given on arrival for my appointment. Friendly staff dealt with questions I had, and made me feel at ease, before treatment. My appointment with the hygienist also went well. I was given advice that certainly, has made me hopeful I'm on track to better healthy teeth and gums.
