Excellent ! Always excellent to be honest. Croft have a new team member, Jake and he was able to clean my teeth today without numbing, that never happens. I am delighted. At all stages, he is reassuring, talks through what he is planning to do and discusses the next steps. He does it in such a way that I have complete confidence in his work. Croft is always, clean, tidy and efficient. Five stars and a huge thank you for your hard work.

I would guess I have been using Hook Lane Dental Services for over 60 years from its earliest clinic at the Oval and then to Welling. I have never had a bad experience in all those years and have recommended members of my family and friends and all have received the same service of professionalism from the front reception to the dentists.

I have just completed two appointments with the hygienist and two with Mr Parekh and would certainly recommend this dental practice. Both were so gentle and professional and worked with a great team, which gives you confidence for further visits.

I found the staff very caring and helpful. The dentist was very clear and professional on what treatment was best for me, and I believe the charges were very reasonable. If I had any minor comments, it would be just to ensure the bars are in place on the entrance for a disabled patient. But overall, I am more than happy with the staff, how helpful they were, and professional. That also is the same for the dentist. 10/10.

After trying to find a dentist for my new smile - I came across here. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble - Dr Hadi made me feel at ease - he was so friendly and helpful. Not a fan of going to the dentist, but Nial makes me feel very much at ease by explaining the treatment every step of the way, inspiring confidence that I am in safe hands. My new partial denture and veneer ensured I had a fantastic smile at my son's wedding. The girls at the front desk are so friendly, nothing is too much bother and the free coffee tastes lovely!
