Best dental experience ever!! I was nervous about entering a new clinic, however it was no surprise that it has been the best dental cleaning. From the hygienists to the head doctor, they were all professional, nice, and really show care for old and new patients. Their welcoming smiles and high degrees gave them my full trust. The clinic was clean and elegant and I felt comfortable using their dental instruments. Truly reccomend a 100 percent, no doubt the whole staff will see me again soon.
I went to this clinic to have my teeth cleaned. Originally I wanted a tooth filled, but it was too far gone to save it. Having this work done was definitely worth the money. I paid about half or a third of the price it would have cost me in Canada. I’m very happy with the service and results. The clinic was fairly good. I’m back in Canada now, but I’ll definitely consider having treatment with Ideal Dental again. It’s difficult to say what the best part of a dentist visit is (I mean, you’re essentially paying someone for pain). However, the staff were great. Everyone was so happy and friendly. The technician who spoke English well, translated for me when I didn’t understand. It’s kind of a community clinic that's a fairly long taxi ride from any of the main centres in Mexico. I thought they were three blocks from the main centre, but they were actually miles away.
The doctor is very professional and polite. Straight forward with what you need at consultation. I highly recommend her and the orthodontist. Definitely will look forward working with this business for every dental need. Thank you!
I have been going to this dental office for 4 years. The staff is so caring and pleasant to deal with. Dr Benjamin is absolutely the best dentist anywhere. He has done crowns, extractions and implants on myself and hubby. Always attentive and accommodating to my time in PV. He never tries to push dental work that doesn’t need to be done. Very honest!! My teeth are cleaned and checked by the hygienist every year with no issues. Highly recommend this office. Will be back in a few weeks for my cleaning and ckup.
My husband got implants and had two teeth pulled and a spare pair of dentures made. They are fantastic dentists, at reasonable prices! Staff is friendly and helpful. They periodically came around to make sure that everyone was taken care of. It is a very clean facility. I had to go to the other SANI clinic a couple of blocks away to have the teeth pulled, and they called the shuttle for me so I wouldn't have to walk. I can't say enough good things about them. Our family has been seeing Dr. Claudio and Arlette for many years. We are in PV for 5-6 months from the U.S. We actually wait to have our teeth checked when we come back to PV because they are top-notch. We have had implants, emergency extraction, whitening, cleanings and general checkups. Their office is immaculately clean with the best modern equipment. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and confident in their abilities to do excellent dental care. We not only consider them highly professional but kind and caring friends.
