Just after an appointment with the hygienist "AVRIL". It's my 1st time at this clinic as I have recently moved to Sligo, and it was pure luck that I chose them and, that they were able to accommodate me so soon. The entire procedure was the most pleasant experience I have ever had in a dental chair and I cannot recommend enough the services of this highly professional and lovely lady, who was able to put my mind at ease straight away and who is in a league of her own with regards to " the care and empathy" she bestows upon her patients. Thanks to" Avril" I shall now look forward to my scale and polish as I don't intend to go anywhere else from now on, now that I have found the best. The overall experience I had at this clinic from door to dental chair was nothing short of outstanding, very friendly and great value for money. Thank you so much, Avril and the team!

I am so happy to see Oonagh back again, such a professional and safe and environment. I felt so protected during my first post COVID experience in such a clean practice, with every measure possible put in place to maintain a safe working environment for patients and staff. In addition, the treatment by Dr Oonagh O Regan is so gentle and skilled, you could forget you are in a dentist's chair. I hope and pray that we are never denied this essential service again. As an extremely nervous patient, I found all the staff reassuring and sympathetic. Had quite a lot of work done, all pain-free, may I add. I have recommended Shields to many since, and personally wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
I've attended Niall for many dental treatments since 2014 and I would highly recommend him, especially if you are a nervous patient!! The quality of his work is superb and he has a lovely, easy-going manner which really puts you at ease if you are an anxious patient like me. The staff in the clinic are friendly and approachable if you have any questions about further treatments, aftercare or scheduling appointments. I highly recommend him to friends and family whenever someone I know is looking for a dentist - go to Niall!
