What made our experiment good was that we were welcomed in a good way by both the secretary and the doctor. We felt in safe hands with them. They have fast and good services such as transfer, translator if needed and they are easy to reach out on the phone and much more.

Our International Patient Coordinator/Special Nurse Batuhan helped us a lot with the quote, planning, translation, progress and she is the best ❤️. Overall the procedure went well and we are happy.

I'm from the UK and live in Malta, I decided to use AYT clinic for a tummy tuck, Vaser liposuction & gynecomastia after losing over 50kg I had a lot of excess skin. I had initial contact with Claudia and she explained step by step the procedure and costs. From the moment we arrived in Antalya we were taken very good care of by Oguzcan. He picked us up from the airport, took us to/from the clinic and even took us out for drinks when I was feeling better. The hospital where the operation took place is amazing, very big and very clean, all the staff were amazing. The procedure itself went very well, Prof. Dr. M. Erol Demirseren & his assistant Dr Eren Bilgin were amazing from start to finish. They explained very clearly all the aftercare and medicine I need to take. I highly recommend AYT clinic as they were always on hand to answer any questions and there is no pressure when making decisions, the cost of the whole procedure was very reasonable and it included all the medication and transfers as well. The nurses treated me with love as if I were their family. I felt comfortable and calm even though I was in an unfamiliar country. The doctors, surgeons and anesthesiologists did a great job. Dr. was always available to answer questions and guided me through the process. Dr. was also available to chat for questions and concerns. I arrived the day before surgery and was picked up by their stuff who spoke perfect English and gave me some tips for after surgery and places to go near the hotel for broth and drinks. The morning of surgery they picked me up at the hotel and took me to get ready for surgery in my private room. My care was as good or better than any care I have received in the States and I was able to have privacy as much as I wanted. I felt secure the entire time and never doubted the expertise of the medical staff.

Dr Gorkem and her team are definitely AMAZING! I fell in love with the result and thanks to them I don’t have any complex with my nose anymore cause is more than perfect, natural and beautiful and everyone is asking me where to do surgery cause they want it too! I am extremely pleased with the treatment I received. The entire experience from arriving in Istanbul to departure from Istanbul was completely hassle-free. The doctor was a highly skilled plastic surgeon, and her staff was very caring and very professional. FlyHealth made all the arrangements and ensured there was excellent communication between all the parties. They would check on my progress daily to see if I was doing OK and if I had any questions or concerns. Throughout the entire trip, I felt like I was in very good hands. I would highly recommend this clinic, as well as FlyHealth.

From start to end, I felt this service was outstanding. Easy to do. All the information they required I was able to send and their communication back was very quick. When I wanted to discuss with my surgeon Dr Afet this was arranged quickly and the fact Dr Afet was able to speak English was a huge relief for myself. After deciding to go ahead with the surgery everything was explained well to me. The transfer at airport to hotel and hotel to hospital were easily managed and detailed so it was one less thing to worry about. My husband came with myself and he was looked after whilst I was in surgery and informed how my surgery was going. The hospital staff were lovely and helpful. There was a translator available at the hospital who was really helpful. After the surgery, Dr Afet saw me twice before I left to go back to the hotel and once before was flying however was able to talk with her at any point if i was concerned. Since coming home again I have been able to talk with her if needed. I am taking my photos and videos as requested to monitor my recovery and still continue to do so. I would highly recommend not only Dr Afet as your surgeon but also her team they all helped but my mind at ease at every opportunity.

For the first time, I could remember that I can breathe out of both sides of my nose. My nose required a professional touch for my health besides my beautiful appearance. It took twenty days to heal. I feel free now. I wouldn't have known how important a nose is for human being. The result is as successful as it can be.

There are very few clinics left that you can trust. One of them is JFS. I congratulate the founder, doctors, and employees for their ethical behaviour. Many of my friends had surgery in Turkey. I was going to give up going when I heard about their bad experiences. Later, I made my decision with courage. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Izmir is wonderful, sunny weather, sea. After the surgery, I said that I wanted to take a tour of the Virgin Mary in Ephesus. They organised it immediately. Thank you for everything.

From the minute you are picked up from the airport, the Health Direct team does an excellent job of providing excellent customer service and ensuring your comfort. They are incredibly polite. Ezgi is extremely sweet and treats us like family and friends while remaining professional. Until we got home, she made care to check on us every day. Oguz, whom we saw frequently and who is also bright, assisted us with therapies we were interested in pursuing in addition to what we had originally come for. I appreciate the excellent care we received, which piqued our interest in visiting Turkey again for both vacation and for medical purposes.

The hotel was beautiful and immaculate, before I went I was so nervous as I had never been through any surgery before. When before and when I got there they couldn’t have made me feel more comfortable and at home. Not only did all my surgery go to plan I feel like a completely different person! They’re amazing and won’t go ahead until they have everything perfect and how you’ve asked for it. Without the Time Travel Aesthetic's help and my doctor's ability, I would not have left that happy. I am so pleased I went with Maxx Clinic from the start to present day (as the coordinator and nutritionist still keep in touch and offer advice) the service has been faultless. I was picked up at the airport by Ilayda and Derya who were AMAZING. Derya even scrubbed up and came into theatre with me. They were there every step of the way and really put me at ease. Nothing was a problem for them. My Surgeon was Dr Mesut Caynak, who again was so lovely and friendly and really put me at ease when I met him. The after care has been amazing with support and the nutritionist still getting in contact and offering advice and answering any questions I have. I would 100% recommend Maxx Clinic.
