I can highly recommend this clinic to you. Everyone is trying to make sure you are doing well and that nothing is missing. Dr. Kutbettin is a surgeon and speaks German. All questions can be discussed with him, without an interpreter. That was the best for me. After the operation, I had no pain or anything else to complain about. Everything is extremely organized and some hospitals here in Germany could follow an example. All preliminary examinations were carried out conscientiously. The agreed price is totally justified. I was at the clinic with my husband and child. We had a large room and were well looked after.

The doctor, Time Travel, the hotel and the hospital- everything was very good. Definitely recommended. It was 10/10.

They arranged transfers to pick me up from my hotel and drop me back. I undertook otoplasty at the clinic, the clinic was located within Antalya in the suburb of Lara. The outreach before the operation was excellent and the communication was exceptional. I had my gastric sleeve surgery at the end of July 2023. Although extremely apprehensive the night before the surgery (we didn't arrive until after midnight) the staff and the reps that were at the hospital were attentive and empathetic to my feelings. I chose to go with Mr Habibi after having a video consultation with him, where he was more than happy to answer any and all of my questions during and after the call. The surgery went really well and the staff following my surgery were brilliant, even with a language barrier. I've had no complications following my surgery and would recommend Dr Habibi in a heartbeat. The aftercare from Dietician Irmak has also been invaluable and she has been on hand to answer any questions that I've had - I did have issues taking the multi-vitamin after the first month but that has been quickly resolved after some suggestions from Irmak.

I am very impressed with all their work since we arrived everything has been beyond what I expected, from the driver to the nurses and doctors, everyone gave me an exceptional experience, my surgery was 1 month ago and even though I was nervous they relaxed me and take care of me more than I was expecting. Now after 1 month post-operation I have managed to lose 21kg, I am very happy as I know I have made the right choice. Also I am very pleased with the support that I have been receiving from the whole team.

Great attention to detail. Fantastic post-surgical care, in German NACHSORGE, which is so critical. The fact that I was accommodated in a hotel did not in the least impair. My problem was a POST-OP Hernia in the abdominal area. We sourced a highly competent surgeon. The OP itself took only two days. The team from COSMETOCITY was always there for me, brought supplies and liaised with the medical personnel. The performances were great value and there always is full transparency. I know exactly what I pay for. Also honesty, no false promises made.
