My whole experience has been great. I received excellent service from the administration team, the logistics and Dr Caner Kacmaz himself. I travelled on my own to have my rhinoplasty surgery and was looked after and felt completely comfortable throughout my trip. I am glad I picked Dr Caner Kacmaz as I was reassured and am overall pleased with my surgery.

Overall very surprised with the level of professionalism with the experience. I was put in a group chat with multiple people who I can reach out to and stay in touch with during the process. I had a great experience with my breast augmentation surgery. Dr Afet and her team answered all my questions in the lead up to the surgery. Everything was organised well (such as car transfers & translator at the hospital) and communication was clear & I always received quick responses. I flew from London for the surgery and her team made me feel at ease with the whole process. Her friendly team checked in with me numerous times post surgery & Dr Afet made me feel calm & assured as I was quite nervous beforehand. I just recently did rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Bora. I cannot tell how satisfied I am with the result even though it is not the final result yet. I had my operation within a week.
