I couldn’t fault my experience receiving a tummy tuck, muscle repair and liposuction, I was apprehensive at first, young, alone flying from the UK however the second I got of the plane I felt like I was well looked after! from transfer, to hotel and to clinic/hospital. My surgery went amazing and it has helped give me the confidence I was looking for. I was very cared for after my surgery in the hospital and even in the hotel as they would message me to check how I’m feeling and my progress in recovery. Even coming to the hotel to give me items and help me with my dressings. I’d recommend this clinic due to excellent customer service, great results and efficient care.

Grateful Thankful is what I felt for each of the professionals who made my dream come true. The receptionists gave me full support before and after the surgery. They chose the best hotel. The nurses treated me with love as if I were their family. I felt comfortable and calm even though I was in an unfamiliar country. The doctors, surgeons and anesthesiologists did a great job. They made my breasts beautiful and now my self-esteem has increased. I was blessed with the entire DR.CINIK team. Now my dream has come true. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I recommend it to everyone who dreams of perfect results like mine.

I came to Istanbul to have a breast reduction. Medulux health and my PA Emin were fantastic throughout the whole experience. From the flight to transfer once landing in Instanbul, I was made to feel very at ease and considering I was going there for surgery I didn’t feel nervous at all. We were taking to a small town called ortakoy which is such a lovely place for sightseeing! Had some food and got to know our PA a little more face to face. From there straight to the hospital for paperwork and to get comfortable for the evening before surgery to next day. The nurses were fabulous. I slept really well that evening. Again the next day I wasn’t nervous, I met the fabulous Dr Cem, my surgeon who was extremely professional and again made me feel very at ease. I had very large heavy breast so I don’t know what I was expecting but I can honestly say I’m incredibly happy with my surgery. He did a fantastic job and I’ve tonnes more confidence. After two days at hospital, I went to stay in a gorgeous hotel in ortakoy called the crowne plaza. It was absolutely beautiful. Everyone again was so helpful. The food was incredible! You really did feel like royalty. The surgery, transfers and hotel were all included with no hidden costs. You knew exactly where you stood. This was all sorted out by Medulux health and of course Emin. We literally didn’t have to make any arrangements, it was such a breeze and very relaxing after my recovery. Since surgery, I speak to Emin as he always checks in to see how I’m doing. We’ve already spoke about my next surgery which I will be using Medulux health again and Dr Cem. I look forward to returning to Instanbul and would highly recommend Medulux health and Emin to be your provider for your journey and stay. Thank you again

I am so so happy with them. I had a breast implant removal and a breast lift. I'm over the moon with the results and I feel fantastic. The team are so nice and friendly. You don't have to worry about anything as they take care of all of your journeys to and from the hospital, check in with you regularly. After the surgery, the nurses regularly popped in to check I was comfortable. The surgeon is a lovely guy, very transparent and professional. Also a big thanks to our translator who was with us at each appointment, he was brilliant! Money very well spent! I used to struggle to sleep at night due to neck and back pain, (not realising it was directly correlated with my breast size) and now I sleep like a baby, with no aches or pains! I look at myself in the mirror now and feel so happy with my reflection compared to how I felt before. The whole team is incredible and I cannot recommend her enough, he has changed my life. I got the nano steam cell facial treatment, eyebrow lift and laser because I was concerned about the redness on my face and the veins. It was definitely good value for money. This clinic is simply the best they all went above and beyond to meet my needs. Everyone is so nice, friendly and welcoming. The hygiene is superb and so clean. I would recommend this place to anyone. I was listened to and I am more than happy with my results. Even the after care is amazing after you have your treatment they don't just leave you you have follow ups to make sure everything is fine. I will always use this clinic from now on. Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. But above all, he is definitely skillful, and the assistant too. She made a great job. I am very grateful. It was the best decision ever made. Istanbul is now one of my favourite destinations ever.
