I travelled to Istanbul from Canada and I had an incredible experience with Dr. Umit Hardal and his amazing assistant Basak. From the moment I got in contact with them, I felt welcomed and supported. They took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. Throughout the entire process, they were there for me every step of the way. They made sure I felt comfortable and informed, providing me with all the necessary information about the rhinoplasty surgery. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly remarkable. I travelled from Manchester UK to Istanbul for a rhinoplastic surgery which was performed on the 1st of November 2023. Before my surgery, I was extremely nervous for many reasons including being alone, language barriers, uncertainty about the surgery outcome. I saw Dr BoraOk work on instagram and I was extremely impressed with the results of his ethnic rhinoplastic surgery, he did not disappoint me at all; the service was amazing, the staff were amazing too & very supportive, very professional and helpful. I live in London; I travelled to Istanbul on the 30th of November to meet doctor Baki Yilmaz for rhinoplasty surgery. The tip of my nose was quite wide and weak, while my nose septum deviated. I was amazed by the end results because doctor B.Ylmaz delivered an excellent result and I didn’t feel any pain after operation; also I have to say that the doctors assistant Nur was really helpful planning the trips from airport and back and forward from hospital to hotel; the whole team is super professional and friendly. Now after one month of my operation my nose looks slimmer, symmetrical and it gets more and more defined. I highly recommend doctor Baki Ylmaz and his team for an excellent end result.
