Firstly, Emel was amazing. She was fantastic with communication, available 24/7 to answer all the questions I had, giving information, offering advice, following up and checking in. She was honest and reassuring, even paying a visit personally pre-operation. Overall, she provided 10/10 service, for what seemed like a hard and daunting process, she made it easy and comfortable. She was the deciding factor for me choosing to go with Vanity. Secondly, for all post operative care I was looked after by Ayla, she was also delightful. She was clear and caring with instructions and on top of answering all of my questions, appointments and transfers. This was so helpful and reassuring knowing everything was being handled for me throughout the whole experience. The surgery went perfectly. I came to Istanbul to have a breast reduction. Medulux health and my PA Emin were fantastic throughout the whole experience. From the flight to transfer once landing in Instanbul, I was made to feel very at ease and considering I was going there for surgery I didn’t feel nervous at all. We were taking to a small town called ortakoy which is such a lovely place for sightseeing! Had some food and got to know our PA a little more face to face. From there straight to the hospital for paperwork and to get comfortable for the evening before surgery to next day. The nurses were fabulous. I slept really well that evening. Again the next day I wasn’t nervous, I met the fabulous Dr Cem, my surgeon who was extremely professional and again made me feel very at ease. I had very large heavy breast so I don’t know what I was expecting but I can honestly say I’m incredibly happy with my surgery. He did a fantastic job and I’ve tonnes more confidence. After two days at hospital, I went to stay in a gorgeous hotel in ortakoy called the crowne plaza. It was absolutely beautiful. Everyone again was so helpful. The food was incredible! You really did feel like royalty. The surgery, transfers and hotel were all included with no hidden costs. You knew exactly where you stood. This was all sorted out by Medulux health and of course Emin. We literally didn’t have to make any arrangements, it was such a breeze and very relaxing after my recovery. Since surgery, I speak to Emin as he always checks in to see how I’m doing. We’ve already spoke about my next surgery which I will be using Medulux health again and Dr Cem.
