Hi My name is Taisia, and I came to Seoul from Boston for a facelift. I found this clinic using Google, I contacted a few places but got immediate answers only from FacePlusClinic which was a great and easy start. Before surgery, I had a consultation with Dr. Park and was delighted by his thoughtful approach. He made a few changes to my plan considering my skin condition, and the vision I had about the results. Finally, it was more surgeries - no wonder! - cause I'm 67 and have never taken care of my face before. My surgery was the next day, and when I looked in a mirror - let's say I was happy - it’s not enough! I saw myself 20 years younger, with a natural-looking face! I chose ME Clinic based on online reviews and their transparent prices. I had double eyelid/epi, acculift, hiko nose thread lift, and jaw Treatment for Wrinkles last January. They have different floors and different doctors who specialize in different areas (like one doctor who specializes in injections and one doctor who specializes in surgical procedures, etc.), so basically, it was all hands on deck when I showed up lol. The staff is nice and attentive. They have translators so it was easy to communicate with consultants but the doctors are fluent English speakers. They gave many suggestions and alternative methods based on my concerns/questions and I found that the doctors were willing to find a balance between what I wanted and what they felt would work better. I was worried that my eyes might end up looking too fierce or obvious but they healed very nicely (very minimal scarring and still fading) and they look natural. The Hiko nose thread lift gave me subtle results with a slightly higher and contoured nose bridge. The acculift/sculpt procedure slimmed my face but I'm not as satisfied with the results because the sagging of my cheeks and neck still remain, although not as prominent as before. The Treatment for Wrinkles injections into my jaw helped to slim down my face as well and it's definitely something I'm going to get again in the future. When I returned recently for my follow-up, I decided to have fillers to soften my nasolabial lines and more Treatment for Wrinkles into my jaw because I was impressed with the results of my treatment for wrinkles and Hiko nose thread lift procedure before (I chose cheaper brands of filler and Treatment for Wrinkles this time around and the results were still satisfactory). I recommend making a reservation before visiting the clinic because they tend to be busy. Overall, I'm pleased with my experiences with this clinic and will likely visit again in the future if I decide to have any other procedures done.

He also personally talked with me about appropriate exercise, how and when to use bandages, steri-strips, iodine swabs, etc., that are part all part of the prescribed aftercare. Evita Clinic's comprehensive approach to aftercare stood out compared to other clinics. Along with the surgery, I received a compression vest, massages, and light therapy sessions. This review is for Dr Rhee and his astounding, very rare level of customer service. I've done a lot of surgery in Korea, and in many different clinics, so a word of advice: It's just as important to find someone who you think will do a good job, but has good post-op customer service. Because every clinic has beautiful pictures, but a lot of them turn you away if you're ever concerned or unhappy about the results. And sometimes, things can happen, even outside of your control. As for Dr Rhee, he is so awesome. I did my facelift, breast implants, liposuction, and calf reduction with him. When I was a new patient, he was so kind and attentive even though I had a lot of questions. He took the time to understand what I wanted (even more than most doctors), and he's also freaking hilarious, my goodness. Even while I was healing after surgery, I was in so much pain that when it was time to leave, I still felt too weak to move. So he let me stay 2 extra days in the hospital than normal. But all in all, my boobs looked great! However, after a month and the swelling started going down, I started noticing my breasts were a little uneven. And this is when I started freaking out. Because maybe the results were screwed up, and I'd have to live with it for the rest of my life. Like I mentioned, most clinics usually just brush you off even if you're unhappy with the result. Not to mention, you just threw away all this hard-earned money. I booked an appointment to see Dr Rhee for a follow-up, I was terrified that I'd walk into a room with an annoyed doctor, and he'd just tell me to "just massage it" and tell me to live with it because "breasts aren't perfect, to begin with." But this is where the magic happened. You know happened instead? I walk in and he's all super bubbly like he always is, even though I'm no longer a new client, and the first thing out of his mouth is: "Ah yes, I can see it's a little uneven. Yep, I can fix it." He offered a revision before I could even say anything! I can't tell you how rare that is. Again, I've done many many surgeries at about 10 different clinics total, so I probably have more experience with Korean clinics than most people. Dr Rhee then continued to spend a lot of time with me walking through all my concerns with my results and addressing them, and he kept saying "I can see why you'd feel that way." Very customer-centric, and addressed and without hesitation agreed to touch up everything I was dissatisfied with. And throughout all this, it wasn't an uncomfortable conversation. He was just as positive as he was when I was a new patient, so I didn't feel like they were only nice before they got my money (some clinics are like that.) He was kind throughout my whole appointment and even came back to see me again to make sure I felt happy with the other surgeries that the other doctors did. (Because he doesn't do facelifts.) All in all, really, really happy with Dr Rhee. I feel like he went above and beyond what is normal. Jiwon the translator was also very empathetic, and they lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. That's why I felt so compelled to write this review. Again, would highly recommend Grand and Dr Rhee! Because again, remember that all of the clinics and doctors in Korea can do great work, so what next? Look for someone who you can trust to do the job, but will also stand by it. If you're spending your hard-earned money on your body/face, it can be very heartbreaking to feel like a number, because the clinic doesn't care because they have a million other patients coming in after you. Whereas with Dr Rhee, never have I seen a doctor so warm and accommodating.
