At first, I was worried about travelling to a foreign country and having an operation there. But the desire for change was greater than the initial fear. I haven't regretted my decision. From the pickup at the airport to the operation and the return transport, everything was carried out reliably and professionally. Not only Dr. Aydoğan but also the entire team, were very friendly and made me feel like I was in good hands. A particularly big compliment to Alexej (the first contact) for the good organization, to Nisa (the interpreter), the nursing staff for their patience and good care and of course to Nora and Amy (the nutritionists) for the good step-by-step dietary support -Instructions and interesting recipes and the lovely Bahar (post-operative consultant) who provides assistance at any time of the day and leaves no question unanswered. Thanks, a lot. I can recommend this team/clinic with a clear conscience!!!

Fantastic experience with Novemed, from the moment I contacted John he welcomed me and support me every step of the way. The team checked in with me on the morning of my flight and looked after me from the moment I landed in Istanbul. Private transport was amazing to and from air port and hospital and hotel. The surgeon and translator greeted me upon my arrival, supporting me every step off the way, surgeon reassuring me when I was nervous. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to ensure I was safe, well and comfortable. Dieticians ensured I had everything I needed for my time in hotel and once home. I had sleeve gastrectomy surgery and my family members had eclipse balloons. It was a wonderful experience for us with the whole medical team led by Professor Ali, Nurse Sude, translator Mohammed, Ali Musthapa and nurses at Ward 3. They've been very meticulous and professional in attending to our medical needs. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs such professional medical attention and hygiene at very affordable prices. 😀

I decide to do a gastric sleeve surgery to feel confident and comfortable, self confidence is very important to each person. It was a definitely good choice, I felt so comfortable because I had all the needed information ahead from consultant Ömer, he made me ready to step in a new healthy life. The clinic was very clean, cozy and had amazing staff working there. All medical help people has been so pleasant and supportive. I honestly couldn't be happier with the overall service & treatment. As someone who has lived in quite a few countries and has had a fair share of experience with doctors and clinics, I can definitely vouch for Vanity. At first, I was a little hesitant to have such a procedure done in a foreign country I had yet to visit. However, I decided to go ahead the risk and have a rhinoplasty with Vanity Clinic, which seemed to have wonderful reviews. I am currently a few days post operation and can confidently say that every single part has been very tediously taken care of; the transport is a breeze, the hotels they provide are top notch, and the doctor and staff are the kindest. I was a little nervous and was worried that medical staff would not be fluent enough to provide sufficient reassurance (the language barrier can add a layer of nervousness when going under the knife), however Mehmet assisted and reassured me throughout my stay here, explaining everything in detail and putting me at ease with a very welcoming presence. Having a person who is fluent in English automatically upgraded the clinic in my eyes as it created a very laid back atmosphere. I had the pleasure of being assigned doctor Özgür Hürkal, who is extremely kind and meticulous. I told and showed him exactly what I wanted, to which he gave a thumbs up, confidently replying “Oh! I know” with a smile. He also pointed out I had a deviated septum - which I was not fully aware of despite not being able to properly breathe - and corrected it during the rhinoplasty procedure. My relief came from seeing that he specializes in natural looking noses, which is exactly what I now have on my face :)). Despite it being swollen (normal post-op reaction), I am already over the moon with it. It’s so cute! I would recommend this clinic without any hesitation.
