I did a few operations on to face and body in Turkey and I was not very happy with many doctors, hospitals or results! Then I came to Dr Ufuk's clinic to do a lip lift, Trinity lift and lateral brow lift. I was amazed by his work and all the details he and his staff paid to me as a patient. I recommend him and his clinic they are all amazing people and genuinely care for you. My coordinator is Derya, she is the kindest girl ever and she always tried to help me from her heart, I am so grateful to have met her. I love how the clinic and hospital were nice, the nurses in Balat Hospital are the kindest ever they are like angels. I am going to do my lower face with Dr Ufuk and I will not let any other doctor touch my face. Thank God he is young so I will go again and again when I am in my 50s, 60s, 70s, or 80s if I am still slaying.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Dr Raj is terrific, his demeanour immediately puts you at ease. Today was my second visit to this beautiful, clean and friendly clinic. After another very thorough consultation, medical history and giving consent my treatment commenced. I had Face tite with liposuction followed by Morpheus 8. Although the treatment sounded a little scary I didn’t feel any pain, the anaesthetic made sure of that. I can’t recommend Dr Raj enough. Nothing was too much trouble and his cheeky smile is a bonus.

I finally made the decision to see Dr Kemp for treatment of my spider veins. My legs have been covered in these veins since I was early teens and made me feel older and self-conscious…. After a few treatments I feel so happy and Dr Kemp was always super professional and gentle and explained the treatment really well. The staff and little practice are also really welcoming. I highly recommend a visit if your after affordable vein treatments. Thank you!

Dr Onuma is a talented and caring professional with a demonstrably sincere and genuine interest in providing the absolute best outcomes for his patients. Even before I decided to become his patient Dr Onuma surprised me by personally contacting me by phone to respond to and discuss my original email query the day after receiving it. This type of personalised service continued throughout my time with him. Dr Onuma has always encouraged me to bring up any concerns I have and has been open and transparent with his responses. I have always felt heard and respected and never felt rushed during phone calls or in-person visits. Due to a long history of dismissive and negative experiences by other professionals in the area of women's health, I had avoided or otherwise tried to ignore the problems I had lived with for so long. I am so grateful I found Dr Onuma. To date, the treatments and services I have received from him and his Nurse have been welcoming, supportive and successful and I look forward to returning for further treatment and surgery when I am able.

I have just had a labiaplasty and Hoodectomy procedure done at the Oakdin Clinic and I can’t recommend them enough. I have been wanting this done for years but have always been to embarrassed to ever talk to anyone. I finally plucked up the courage and went to my doctor who said they don’t carry out this treatment on the NHS anymore and I would have to pay and go private. I was devastated as I knew I wouldn’t be able to afford it, even with finance. I would look online every day hoping to find somewhere, I even contemplated going abroad until I found the Oakin Clinic. It seemed to good to be true so I was wary at first, not knowing if it was legit or not. Especially the price being so low compared to other places. I emailed that evening and they called the next day where I booked a consultation with Dr. Mohammed Masood. He’s extremely knowledgable and explained everything to me in detail, making sure I understood fully. He made me feel comfortable and at ease straight away. I started to get nervous as the date for my procedure got closer but I also couldn’t wait. I can’t thank the Nurse Ann enough, she sat with me and kept me company through the whole thing. She really was amazing and I wouldn’t of been able to keep so calm if she wasn’t there. Thank you Dr. Masood, you have literally made my dream come true and changed my life. I can’t wait to be able to wear lace underwear, bikinis and swimming costumes without a bulge and ride a bike ETC. It’s day 2 post OP so I’m swollen at the moment. I had micro needling done. The procedure was painless before and after with minimal discomfort. There was no downtime. The doctor gave me the necessary creams I needed for post recovery, which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I saw a significant result from just one procedure (usually you need 3-4 before you see significant results). Will use again when I travel back to Romania. The clinic was very clean almost like a hospital environment.
