I would like to take this opportunity to thank Tatjana for the course of counselling I have recently undertaken. Tatjana’s professional approach, subject matter knowledge and clear ability to identify and articulate underlying issues cannot be underestimated. My counselling enabled me to redress many issues, and utilise processes and steps to build on personal resilience. All sessions were facilitated ‘on-line’ which was never a barrier or adverse to communicating on a very personal level, notwithstanding Tatjana’s ability to put you at ease. Further, it is testament to Tatjana’s skills and experience to succinctly identified prevalent root causes (not previously identified by other therapists). I have no hesitation in recommending Tatjana for any counselling service.

I struggled with my gender identity & sexuality for the longest time and have been to several therapists over the years to address my issues especially my debilitating episodes of dysphoria. I am so thankful I met Siobhan, she changed my life! I have never been so thankful to meet Siobhan. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is so caring and has stayed by my side right through my difficult times. Siobhan has thought me brilliant techniques to do while in distress. I have attended Siobhan's sessions since October 2020 and since then I have become the person I have always wanted to be, and I cannot thank her enough for being the person who helped me along. She creates such a nice atmosphere from the moment I enter the room, I was nervous for my first session but that quickly went away as I talked to her as she made me feel so comfortable. I have a long road ahead of me but I couldn't be happier that it's with Siobhan. I look forward every week to my sessions with her and I enjoy them so much that the hour-long session feels like it was ten minutes. I had my very first session online, I wasn't sure if online treatment would work, however shortly after I felt at ease, the doctor offered a 15 minutes free introductory session, after which I decided to continue with the treatment. I only had one session so far, I feel an improvement in my emotions, I will write another review once the treatment is concluded. Thanks to the team I dealt with especially Dr Thomas and Dr Demarco.

I received counselling from HelpLink and I couldn’t recommend them enough. The whole experience was so pleasant and the staff are so approachable. Great to know that they are always there when we need help and some self-care.

My daughter has just finished a 12-week course of play therapy with Eva and I would rate both the clinic and Eva 5 stars. The clinic is spotlessly clean, with all covid precautions in place, lots of toys and activities available in a bright well thought out environment. Eva the therapist was excellent. From start to finish she talked us through the process and was available to discuss any concerns or questions we had. My daughter made fantastic progress and she achieved all of the goals we had originally set out with the therapist at the planning meeting. I cannot speak highly enough of Eva and all of the tools she has equipped my child with.

Chawisa Chartsuwan at Bangkok Counselling helped me beyond compare. I'm a combat veteran with severe PTSD. While living in Thailand, and doing volunteer work for a Thai NGO, I began having PTSD related problems. I researched the therapist extensively because I could not afford to get help unless it was equal to or better therapy than I could get in the USA. I also needed a therapist who is fluent in English. I couldn't have found a better therapist, than Chawisa Chartsuwan, anywhere on earth. I continued in therapy there for several years and gained considerable skills to cope with PTSD (and related symptoms). I was even able to make a return therapeutic re-exposure trip to Vietnam because of the therapy I had received. For the first time (in many years of therapy) I now look forward to getting help at Bangkok Counselling Service again when I return to Thailand (after the Covid-19 Pandemic). My hope is that they have appointments available. I highly recommend therapy at Bangkok Counseling Services.
