We offer two types of treatment; Physical Therapy and Deep Tissue Massage. Physical Therapy is suitable for treating injuries. It’s a combination of assessment, hands-on treatment (soft tissue work, mobilisations), Laser Therapy, Kinesio taping and rehabilitation exercises.
