I recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph as my patient representative at the hospital, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Joseph was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my stay. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I am really happy with my results. I had a lower Face-lift as well as my upper eyelids done. The clinic is clean and modern and the staff are friendly. My Surgeon was Aleksandra who had a good reputation. I did a lot of research before choosing who to entrust with my face! Anna took care of me and my appointments, admin etc whilst I was there in Poland. My driver spoke perfect English and was extremely friendly and helpful. A luxurious Mercedes was very nice to be picked up in for all my follow up appointments. My surgery results are amazing. I am 56 and get mistaken for a 37 year old. I would definitely recommend Coramed Beauty and my best friend is ready to book in with them herself.

I had both hips replacement done at KCM Clinic and I am really happy with the service and qualification of the personnel and result. This is 6 months later after 1st surgery I back to KCM Clinic. I was looking for a dual mobility implant to help prevent dislocation and keep stability. This kind of implant is for people sports minded. They offer me an implant from top level -Stryker MDMx3 for my both sides. True, you can get only ordinary implants to remove your pain from most clinics but if you looking to go back to the gym, swimming, cycling going to mountains or your normal life you need something different and KCM Clinic is the clinic that can offer you these. What you can expect from KCM procedure. First, they will pick up you from airport and drop you off at hotel of your choice. Next, they will pick up you for examination and drop you back. On the third day you have your surgery. You stay in the hospital for 3 days and you are free to go Also you can stay in the hotel and pop up for physio to KCM if you want. Again, thank you to Patryk from International Patients Department and Cris for looking after me and the paperwork. All documentation needed has been filled out quickly without hassle. Dr Harry and his team are great. The hospital is nice and modern. Communication despite my coming from the UK was quick and in good English. Could be a little more by way of confirmation eg a formal email with how to prepare etc but maybe we are too big on that in the UK. The surgery went smoothly. There was an extra last-minute cost but the doctor split the cost with me which was kind. I wished I had a single room though and upgraded, I didn’t sleep as my roommate and her husband talked every hour of the night. There are no privacy curtains around the beds. Also, bring snacks!!! The hospital doesn’t feed you in the 24 hours after surgery due to the anaesthetic. So the only pain I remember is hunger! Everything else was great

I booked my surgery through Rabia at Aurea Health Group back in October 2023. My whole journey has been amazing from start to finish. I had video calls with Rabia before I booked my surgery and she completely put me at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. I met Rabia in Istanbul the day before my surgery. We had been trying for 5 years and tried the UK system first and felt like a chicken in a farm. It was very impersonal and commoditised. We wanted a bit more care and attention and as my wife is Greek so via whatclinic we reached out to Ioannis and what a revelation. We had his personal email and phone contact and maintained a regular ongoing dialog. We actually had someone to work with to discuss and find a solution as opposed to just selling us a package. Even though we were in the UK and Ioannis in Greece it was very easy to keep in touch and it was a partnership to achieve our goal, and not just a transaction. We had easter, summer and winter for our trips and IVF rounds, and on this front, the UK would have been easier, but Ioannis went above and beyond each time to try to find solutions that worked for us. We now have 2 beautiful babies (twins) and we can't thank Ioannis enough. Even if our latest attempt didn't work, we felt in safe hands with Ioannis and confident that he would support us every inch of the way to find a solution. You need trust and a true partnership during these stressful times and we couldn't have asked for more.

I don't have any treatment yet, but the doctor is an amazing support for me whenever I write to him or communicate with him. He is still here for me, very patient and consistent, he always explains everything to me. He is a great support in this journey. I always have prompt answers to everything. thank you very much. Great professional and personal. I haven't met him personally yet. I'm from London.

Mr Masood has been an excellent practitioner overseeing my care in both gynaecology and obstetrics. I had a very challenging pregnancy but was managed well under his care. Knowledge of my case meant that he made himself available for caesarian section delivery. Following delivery, he ensured that when there was availability, I was booked for a myomectomy. Throughout my care, I have been happy, comfortable and confident in Mr Masood's care. He is clear, thorough and an expert in his field. I would certainly recommend him and I would seek to be under his care again should I have any gynaecological or obstetric needs.

I had the best treatment and I will recommend it 100%. I have received the best care when I was at the hospital. The surgeon and the hospital team were very friendly, they were looking after me and checking on me at all times. The procedure went very well I did not have any pain post-op. Overall I’m very satisfied with the results.

Hii! I'm Inara from karachi pakistan and I visited florence Nightingale Hospital, last year in Oct 2022, for my father's kidney transplant. My mom was the donor and my father was the recipient. I really want to thank the doctors, nurses and the entire hospital staff for making our trip worthwhile! The doctors were GREAT, highly skilled professionals! It was so easy to talk to them and we could ask them any questions without hesitation! The entire staff was swift and efficient. The surgey took longer than expected but they kept us informed. The doctor personally came out during the surgery to let us know what was going on! The post-operation care was on point as well. From medications to monitoring everything was done professionally. We were under great care! Lastly I would also like to thank Alisher, our international coordinator who was there with us from the start. He arranged everything for us and was always ready to help. His services made the entire trip much more comfortable and easier, making the entire process seem like a walk in the park. All in all the experience was 10/10. Great price and procedure. I travelled to Sofia where I was collected by a driver for a free transfer to the hospital which took around 1hr 20 mins. I was met by the co-ordinator who arranged for payment to be taken. I was taken to my private room which was clean with a private bathroom. After bloods and heart check the doctors came to see me and took some history and explained the procedure. I was then taken to the theatre. It only took a short while until I was awake and beck in my room. I had an early flight so was back at the airport within 24 hours with another free transfer. Overall great value and service.

I had my tubal ligation reversal in 18/10/2022. Surgery was done by lovely dr Erhan Cagatay. Everyone at the hospital was great. And all went perfectly fine. I can now say it was successful and im 12 weeks pregnant now. I highly recommend dr Cagatay.
