Had a few skin tags removed with Cryo pen, great booking process, answered all my questions and booked in within the same week. The doctor explained everything in the consultation, and then I had the procedure, also spoke about a mole I have been concerned about, and the doctor did advise. I work in Central London, so the location and flexibility of this clinic were great. I went to them to have a wart on my hand removed. They were fine, and I had no issues. More than happy with the results after just one treatment. The procedure is relatively painless. They just freeze your hand and everything is over in 10 minutes. I was offered follow-up treatment but didn’t go back. I’ll need several more sessions to get rid of the wart completely, and I don’t think it’ll still be value for money if I return.

I don't have any treatment yet, but the doctor is an amazing support for me whenever I write to him or communicate with him. I had micro needling done. The procedure was painless before and after with minimal discomfort. There was no downtime. The doctor gave me the necessary creams I needed for post recovery, which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I saw a significant result from just one procedure (usually you need 3-4 before you see significant results). Will use again when I travel back to Romania. The clinic was very clean almost like a hospital environment.
