Miss Lizzie Kingston
Biography:
She (BSc, MSc, MIRSM, MSMA) holds a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Biomechanics from the University of Chichester, as well as a Level 5 diploma in Soft Tissue. The combination of knowledge and physical understanding allow her to complete an appropriate and targets treated, getting you to your Peak Performance. She developed a keen interest in sport from a young age and have participated in a variety of sports, including running, netball, volleyball and general fitness. I have competed in many leagues, trained with a national league level volleyball club and took part in the county U14 cross-country championships. It is through my experiences that I have been able to see and feel the demands and training requirements necessary to meet personal and sporting excellence. She studied Sports Science at Winchester University between 2011-2014 gaining an in-depth knowledge in Psychology, Physiology and Biomechanics. Throughout my undergraduate degree, I discovered a passion for Biomechanics and Soft Tissue Therapy, realising the potential a combination of the two could have on improved function and performance ability. I went on to study at Chichester University, completing a postgraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Biomechanics. Through my time at Chichester University, I further discovered the role of Biomechanics not only in sport, but in everyday activity and the effect postural dysfunction has on daily performance and general comfort. She have a huge passion for helping others and by using a combined approach of soft tissue, remedial therapy and biomechanical applications; I can successfully help individuals who are experiencing pain or dysfunction. Most importantly, my aim is to ensure my clients feel the best they ever have.
