Clinic center totally deserves 5 stars!! I had my hair transplantation in Turkey with Clinic Center and the whole process was great for me. The consultancy service, and surgeons all had a professional attitude along side having a sincere manner on my whole journey from the beginning to the end in Turkey. In addition, the aftercare service was also a point I was affected by. Even after I left Turkey to return my homeland, they wrote me to ask about how the healing process was going. I will surely recommend this place to my acquaintances.

Everything has been very good. I have been most impressed by the professionalism and dedication of all the team from start to finish. The main point though is I have been transformed from nearly bald to having a full head of hair. Thank you Dr Cinik and team.

I am very grateful that I was recommended West Modern Clinic for my hair transplant. From the first consultation, I was already assured that everything would sail smoothly and I would get the best treatment for my hair, they were not wrong. I was swiftly taken from the airport to the already booked hotel and from there was always told what the next steps were. The clinic itself is very clean and advanced which is great and also the treatment itself went very well with little discomfort both during the procedure and after it. For many years I had been considering having a hair transplant done but kept putting it off. One day when on Facebook I came across Tetik Health based in Istanbul, the reviews seemed very good, so I contacted them. I had Tugce get back to me, she is absolutely amazing, she went through everything with me, little things that put me off having the treatment, my worries, Tugce answered all my questions and boosted my confidence. After many years of thinking whether I should have the treatment I finally booked it. There was a small deposit to pay and Tugce arranged everything for me. All I had to do was book my flight. The day I arrived at Istanbul airport, a driver was arranged to collect me and take me to the hotel, then to the clinic the following day, all this included in the price. When I got to the clinic I was greeted by the staff who made me feel very welcome, absolutely amazing people. The clinic was very clean and tidy. The treatment was all completed that day, the following day I had to go back to get it washed. There driver also took me to Istanbul airport the day I was returning back home. The service was absolutely amazing and I cannot fault it in any way, I would definitely consider having further treatment with Tetik Health in the future.

Outstanding. After much prevarication for some considerable time, I finally decided to go ahead with a hair procedure. That turned out to be the best decision that I have ever made. It is worth pointing out that never at any stage during my decision making was I subjected to any hard sell. All the facts were put to me, all the options were made available to me. After a few weeks, I am already much further ahead than I anticipated being with the recovery process and the regrowth of my hair.

Everything were well organised including the transport. Batuhan was my international patient coordinator and he is very kind and caring. While I was staying at the hotel, he would come nearly every day and made sure I was doing alright. There were 2 lovely ladies (I am sorry I forgot their names) interpreted for me and accompanied me in and out all the hospital appointments. On the day of the surgery, both of them stayed with me all day until I woke up from the surgery. I really do appreciated them. My plastic surgeon is very informative and approachable. I am happy with the result.

I'm 4 months post op and down 98 lbs. That's far more weight than I ever expected to lose in this short period of time. I don't have a regular exercise routine but I think it's time to consider one because my skin is not having the easiest time keeping up with the weight loss. It's not BAD...but it's not great either! Overall I'm still happy with my decision and feeling like a new woman! My surgery and its aftermath were very comfortable. Medhera's doctor always treated me well and kept me informed. I was hesitant about changing country, but the staff that took care of me spoke English and was very polite. I definitely recommend Medhera Health Clinic!!

Had 360 lipo to get rid of my love handles and gynecomastia surgery. In Canada, it would be 10k CAD just to get the surgery, nothing else. To get it done in Turkey, it was ~8500 CAD, which included the roundtrip flight, a night in the hospital, the surgery and all the medication and garments, the lymphatic massage, a week in the hotel (including breakfast), and transport to and from the airport/hospital when needed. It was all as they described. I was a little nervous travelling with so much cash, but everything went as planned. Landed, and they picked us up at the described date in a van that said "Milano Clinic" on the side and brought us to the hotel. We checked in, slept overnight, and then were brought to the hospital the next morning. The surgery went as planned (note that you'll wake up shivering intensely from the type of anaesthetic they use), and stayed overnight. I had 4 drains in and the doctor didn't come in on Sundays, so I stayed an extra night in the hospital to see the doctor Monday morning, allowing two of them to be removed. They provided clear instructions on the garments that needed to be worn, and the medication that needed to be taken, and my nurse was amazing (Aleyna). As expected, the first few nights in the hotel sucked because it was hard to sleep, and things didn't fully improve until I had the final two drains removed on my last day (out of their control, it's up to your body to heal enough before they can remove them). Aleyna was amazing and gave extra gauze, a lymphatic massage, and extra follow-up tips. She was, by far, the best person in the experience. If she's still there, treat her well! I'm still recovering ~3 weeks later, but am so far very happy with the results.

I had a rhinoplasty a few days ago. I was very scared, but I was pleasantly surprised because everything went spectacularly well. Regrettably, my hair loss was beyond solved with a hair transplant. My doctor outlined other options. No hard sales or unrealistic expectations were given, which I appreciated. I would recommend this clinic if you are thinking of a hair transplant. An honest company.

Have been organizing my DHI transplant for a few months with Asli and after an initial consultation I was offered 4000 grafts. Obviously, I had questions every day or 2 and everything I questioned she answered asap. So flew out on Dec 26 and had the transplant on the 27th. Asli sorted everything out for me, including the transfers to the hotels, picked me up for my appointments, and was in touch whenever I needed her. I’m back home now and 5 days since the transplant. There is no pain no bleeding no swelling however it does itch from time to time (unavoidable). Would I do it again? Definitely Would I use Asli again? Certainly Thank you so much

Hair transplant - 1-year review I can not fault the Surgery Group at all through the whole process so far. I 1-year post-op and the results are beyond my wildest dreams! I was initially supposed to be having my transplant in Turkey last summer but due to coronavirus, I could not travel last year. I then looked into a transplant in the UK. I had a couple of online consultations with other, better-known companies but luckily for me, I found Matthew and the Surgery Group. The initial thing that drew me to this business was that it was a considerably lower price than other organisations, but after speaking to Matthew it becomes apparent that I wasn’t only getting a lower price, I was also getting a very personal experience in which I felt looked after and cared about. On the day of the surgery, Dr Ismail and his team were very honest and informative about what was going to happen. They drew an initial hairline that I wasn’t happy with so I asked them to modify this and they did. They even took more grafts than they needed to cover the area in order to make the front have a higher density. Throughout the whole process, I felt minimal pain, only for the anaesthetic injections and when hair was taken from the nerve endings. Overall a really professional procedure in which I felt safe, secure and cared for at all times. After the procedure, it was made clear what to do for aftercare and Matthew was available for the days after the procedure and beyond. He has continued to give me great advice over the phone all year, always replying within 10 minutes. For a lower price, I got exactly the same (or better) as I would have got with any better-known clinic in the UK.
