Excellent and very efficient level of service only problem appears to be greeting at the airport. Which is very disorganised. Can't fault the treatment and the level of after care service. I'm planning to go back next year to get my second part of my hair transplant. Hotel staff is also very helpful. Also the staff at the clinic. I got my hair transplant done on the 20th September 2022

I had heard about Transes Hair clinic from a couple friends that had gone the previous year and had great results. I did some of my own research and found their prices to be the best as well. I couldn’t believe how easy the whole process was. From the time of booking my flights the people at Transes took care of almost everything else! I arrived at the airport in Istanbul and found a driver waiting for me. I was driven to a nice hotel which they had arranged and the driver even went in to check me in. I was told what time to be at the front door to be picked up and it was right on time. There was someone waiting for me at the front door of the clinic when we arrived. The staff inside were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had, and we got to the procedure. I went for the 2-day procedure and was at the clinic for about 14 hrs total. The procedure went very smoothly and at 6 months I can’t even imagine my hair getting any thicker. I’m extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Transes!!!

In this clinic, I made a dream come true! Here I got back my hair, my self-confidence and my mood! This is a dream clinic! Anyone who wants this should be calm that this is the right place!

I was told about this clinic from a friend who had a very positive hair transplant result. I contacted them and everything was made simple and easy to understand. I eventually arrived at the clinic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was explained again. The aftercare was very good too. The cost was very good (especially compared to my home country). But just be aware there are other cost to consider. If your hair is too thin on the sides or back, then you will have to take it from the beard which is extra. And there is also an extra if you want the sedative (numbing injections). They do give you aftercare products but if you want more longer-term ones, they are extra. But that’s capitalism and we all understand that. (They also do dental work if that’s something you would be considering. I didn’t). All in all, I would recommend this clinic. Everything went very smoothly.

The experience with the clinc was great! All the medical staff were friendly and nice! I didn't feel any kind of pain! Luliana their consultant was very cooperative and explained me all the steps! Thank you HWT clinic, it was a nice experience!

I am only a few weeks out from the procedure but I am looking forward to the long term result that I will hopefully get. A great team with By Engin at the helm, and overall an amazing service. Highly recommended.
