Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I am really happy with my results. I had a lower Face-lift as well as my upper eyelids done. The clinic is clean and modern and the staff are friendly. My Surgeon was Aleksandra who had a good reputation. I did a lot of research before choosing who to entrust with my face! Anna took care of me and my appointments, admin etc whilst I was there in Poland. My driver spoke perfect English and was extremely friendly and helpful. A luxurious Mercedes was very nice to be picked up in for all my follow up appointments. My surgery results are amazing. I am 56 and get mistaken for a 37 year old. From being picked up at airport the whole experience was so stress free. I had knee replacement surgery. The hospital and the staff from the surgeon to the medical team were brilliant. I managed to get an appointment within a few days and the doctor was very professional and reassuring. I am in the middle of treatment (prescriptions) and am having a follow-up in the next few days. This has been a godsend when NHS waiting times are too long to cope with an ENT problem for. I found the price extremely reasonable and to include the consultation, exams, and follow-up in the price is excellent.
