AO MD FRANZCOG FRCPA CREI Medical Director Fertility Specialist Reproductive Endocrinologist Professor Norman has practised in reproductive medicine for 3 decades and has participated in or introduced all of the great breakthroughs in fertility and IVF from the mid 1980's including the introduction of GnRH agonists and antagonists, recombinant FSH (Puregon), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD), frozen egg technology, single embryo transfer, ISO accreditation and preconception lifestyle intervention. He is experienced in all aspects of fertility and IVF management ranging from decision planning, cycle management, egg recovery, embryo transfer, sperm aspiration, ultrasound and is one of Australia's most respected clinicians in assisted reproductive technology. He believes in proper diagnosis and decision planning so the correct treatment, which may exclude IVF, can be decided with his patients. While open to persuasion he will not participate in inappropriate or unproven expensive treatments. Professor Norman is Australia's leading researcher in reproductive medicine and was the founding Director of the Robinson Institute at the University of Adelaide. He stepped down from his role as Director of the Institute on 1st October 2013. His personal research concentrates on PCOS, weight and fertility and factors that affect fertility in the environment or genetics. Biography:
MBBS FRANZCOG Fertility Specialist Specialist Surgical Gynaecologist Dr Sally Reid completed her Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Adelaide in 2003, graduating on the Dean's Merit List and as a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. She trained in Obstetrics and Gynaecology throughout South Australia, as well as in Queensland, the Northern Territory and the National Maternity Hospital in Dublin, Eire. Sally is a Clinical Associate Lecturer at the University of Adelaide and is a Research Scholar for ARCH (the Australian Research Centre for Health of Women and Babies). She is also employed at the Women's and Children's Hospital and is currently undertaking a Master of Reproductive Medicine. Sally has special interests in fertility preservation/oncofertility, laparoscopic (keyhole) fertility surgery, paediatric and adolescent gynaecology and preconception health and well-being. Sally is dedicated to providing high quality, compassionate, individualised care to couples seeking advice about their fertility.

MBBS FRANZCOG Fertility Specialist Specialist Fertility Surgeon Dr Alex Hubczenko is a specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist. He graduated from the University of Adelaide before embarking on his specialist qualifications. He is also a member of the Australian Gynaecological Endoscopy Society and the Fertility Society of Australia. His special interests are in the management of male / female subfertility, endometriosis, PCOS, recurrent miscarriages, pelvic floor prolapse and urinary incontinence. Currently, as a senior staff specialist at the Lyell McEwin Hospital, he is Head of the Pelvic Floor Team and also supervises fertility management within the public hospital. His surgical skills range from advanced minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery (subfertility investigation to diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis) to incontinence and prolapse surgery. He is committed to providing the highest level of patient care tailoring each couple's treatment to suit their personal circumstances and needs. He strongly believes that patient education and involvement in all aspects of their care is very important. MBBS FRANZCOG Fertility Specialist Specialist Surgical Gynaecologist Dr Semmler is one of Adelaide’s leading gynaecological surgeons. She has had extensive experience in laparoscopic keyhole surgery treating fertility issues including the excision of endometriosis. Dr Semmler is able to offer continuity of care for couples requiring advanced infertility treatment in conjunction with gynaecological surgery. Dr Semmler is a past member of the South Australian Council of Reproductive Technology. In addition, Dr Semmler was Medical Director from when Fertility SA was established in 2009 until December 2012. Dr Semmler is passionate about maximising every couple’s chance for successful conception and pregnancy. She has a special interest in surgery which may improve the chances for conception either naturally or in conjunction with fertility treatments. This includes laparoscopic endometriosis excision, surgical removal of fibroids and hysteroscopic correction of uterine anomalies. Dr Semmler consults at Fertility SA’s King William Street rooms and also at her private rooms in Kent Town. Dr Semmler has operating lists at Calvary Hospital, North Adelaide and St Andrew's Hospital.

BSc MBChB PhD FRANZCOG CREI New Developments Director Fertility Specialist Specialist Gynaecologist Dr Louise Hull has worked in fertility services since she graduated as a doctor 15 years ago. During this time she has been delighted to help many couples conceive, as well as promote the development of improved fertility treatments through research and education. She became Obstetrician and Gynaecologist (FRANZCOG) after gaining clinical experience in New Zealand and Cambridge and Somerset in the UK. Louise has a strong interest in reproductive medicine and has worked in IVF units in New Zealand, England and Australia, including Bourn Hall, the fertility center where the first IVF baby was born. Dr Hull completed a PhD s in Endometriosis at the University of Cambridge, has several publications in peer-reviewed journals and is an associate editor for the Human Reproduction Journal. She is currently a Senior Lecturer, leading the Endometriosis Research Group at the Robinson Institute, University of Adelaide with a special interest in developing treatments to improve outcomes for fertility patients and women with endometriosis. Louise is also an ambassador for the World Endometriosis Society. As a subspecialist in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Louise has thoroughly enjoyed providing fertility support to South Australian couples for the last 6 years at both Fertility SA and the Women's and Children's Hospital, Adelaide.
