I'm a 70 year old man. I've been living in Bangkok for several years. I've worked out in the gym and with road running for many years....most of my life.
A couple of years ago I noticed a steep decline in my energy levels and in my ability to recover from my workouts. I did some research and self-diagnosed with low hormones. When I went to the doctor with my symptoms and had blood work done I was proven correct. The doctor's advice ( a urologist) seemed to be to just accept the fact that I was getting older and to just take it easy...just part of normal aging. I couldn't accept this.
Instead, I read a bit more and found out that this diagnosis is far from the consensus among physicians, and that there are many specialists who advise hormones Replacement Therapy, also known as TRT. There are books written on the topic, a couple of which I read. On the basis of this self education, I looked around for someone to help me with such a treatment. I feel extremely fortunate that I found Max Performance Wellness Center. I've been a client there for well over a year now.
The good people over at Max Performance, including Dr. Tim, and Dr.Satita in Bangkok, and Dr. Mike in Patttaya, and the nurses and staff at both locations have taken the best of care of me, and I have realized and am still realizing great improvements in my health.....my recovery time from working out at the gym, my libido, and most of all my energy levels in general. It's all about energy levels people! High energy = happiness!
I've had a great experience with this clinic. Couldn't have been better......I went there for treatment of low hormones levels and all the side-effects thereof, including low libido, low energy, inability to recover from exercise, and low morale in general because of the other symptoms.
Dr Tim is very experienced in this sort of thing. Based upon blood work and my complaints, he knew just what to do. Under his and Dr. Satita's and Dr. Mike's care I've really improved my life........When people help you like this, you naturally have good feelings towards them, and that's what I feel. I'm extremely grateful.
So if any of you old guys out there (and maybe even some not so old guys) are experiencing any or all of the symptoms I've listed above then do yourself a big favor and go over to Max Performance Clinic and at least get your blood work done and talk to the good doctors. See where you stand. You could really change your life for the better.
Don't let any doctor or anyone else convince you that "it's all just a part of normal aging". It doesn't have to be. You can go on being strong and energetic. I know. I'm 70, and I did it....and I'm still getting stronger in the gym and my energy levels are better than in my 60's, maybe my 50's.
We're not talking about body-builder huge doses or steroids here......TRT is simply restoring your hormones level to what it should be for a healthy man. If yours is low, then you need TRT to bring it back up.
If you can't read any more because your eyes can't focus and see the small print (as happens to all of us sometime in our forties or fifties), do you give up reading for the rest of your life and just say, "Well, I'm getting old. Guess my reading days are over"? Hell no, you don't! You get some glasses. Well it's the same thing with TRT....if you need it, you get it......and please believe me when I say to you that you'll be so glad that you did!
