Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I have never found a doctor more capable and knowledgeable about how best to treat her patients. She provides state-of-the-art procedures with not only a fine medical mind but an artistic eye. Everything done here leaves a natural look, but taking back the clock a decade or more! It’s not enough to have a do to provide products- you must have one that has the proper skill. Professional, helpful and friendly team. My medical manager who assisted me before treatment and during whole trip was super cute and caring, helped me organizing everything I needed. I had micro needling done. The procedure was painless before and after with minimal discomfort. There was no downtime. The doctor gave me the necessary creams I needed for post recovery, which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I saw a significant result from just one procedure (usually you need 3-4 before you see significant results). Will use again when I travel back to Romania. The clinic was very clean almost like a hospital environment.

I visited the Vita Clinic to have a colonoscopy in early July 2023. My father had a colon cancer at 63 so I had to take this examination quickly to make sure everything is ok. I chose this clinic in Sofia because of its good reputation given by local people. Upon my arrival, I was very well received by the medical staff. Then I could quickly take the different pre-coloscopy tests (blood test, X-ray pictures,...) without queueing during hours. I noticed that the communication between the differents medical units are very good because each unit knew my name upon my arrival at the unit and the reason of the test. The premises are clean. So I felt quickly in confident in this clinic. I recommend it. It is very professionnal.

I Googled a dermatologist that deals with removal of skin tags. I chose Dr Pattichis as she had good reviews & had a kind face. The clinic contacted me the very next day & within 2 days I got an appointment for a consultation. I attended my consultation which was easy to find with easy parking & to my delight Dr Pattichis was able to remove on the same day several skin tags around my armpits & some moles. The whole experience was done with professionalism from the receptionist Sofia, Youlia the clinic manager & of course Dr Pattichis herself. The clinic was clean & modern with refreshments & delicious snacks at reception. I would definitely recommend & return if needs be.
