The reception was great, but gaining entry is like entering an illegal drinking club with the covid restrictions. Knock on the window and if accepted you are led to a side door. This was my second dental consultation as I was not happy with my teeth and wanted veneers and a crown. After a pleasant consultation, I was happy with the compeitive price, which alsost halved the previous quotation elsewhere. Within a few weeks, I am sitting here with the same I requested and I am so happy. Dr Patel ensured I was comfortable at all times, whilst the work was carried out Midland Smile Centre had all the technology, which no need for a mouthful of mould. I saw Laila the hygienist and highly recommend her service. Not only did Laila do a wonderful job of cleaning, but she also provided expert oral care advice for the maintenance and protection of my teeth. Laila was so helpful and professional and has such a wonderfully warm manner that I felt relaxed, comfortable and confident with a process I have normally felt nervous about in the past. I've been very pleased with the service and results, since starting with this clinic many years ago. I had a bridge, crowns and veneers - all done to a high standard and still going strong many years later. They recently managed to squeeze me in for a suspected infection.

We have recently joined the practice which all started with us seeking a second opinion from our current dentist. The service we have received at Salters has been truly exceptional. Michelle who was our first point of contact is the most adorable, kind caring lady who has gone the extra mile in helping us. I am an events manager and I'm hard to impress when it comes to customer service and Michelle has exceeded all expectations. Dr Joanne Salters was so so helpful and again we felt so comfortable with her excellent care and not to forget Mr Tait who has a wonderful manner and has started excellent treatment on my son.
