We were recommended to the Parkway clinic by our previous dentist who is retiring. The overall experience of my first checkup appointment with the Parkway clinic was good. The dental nurse who showed me where the dentist's room was, was friendly, polite and reassuring. The dentist himself, Ellis Davies, was also friendly, polite and reassuring. He completed a thorough examination of my teeth including taking X-rays and explained the results to me. He didn't do a mouth and throat cancer check with me as he had done with my husband in the appointment immediately before. Reception was a little disorganised e.g. the tablet lost power halfway through my completing the medical questionnaire resulting in me having to start the questionnaire again. When I had completed it there was no one at reception to hand it back to. Reception remained unstaffed for about ten minutes. The cost for a check-up was what we expected to pay in a private practice.
They were very helpful, professional and friendly. I was able to get a comfortable filling and I feel completely confident that the problem was resolved. The building itself was very clean and welcoming.

What more is there to say other than when you see the best you get the best and that's worth a million. You might need a few bob & dig deep but at least you have a full picture which again is worth everything. Great service all round.

Over the decades, I have always received courteous and respectful attention from receptionists and dental staff alike. On the rare occasions when appointments have not been immediately available, attempts have always been made to accommodate me as soon as practicable. Although I have been examined and, when necessary, treated by a number of dentists over the years, I have always felt confident that my dental care is of the highest standard. For the past number of years, this has been administered by extremely knowledgeable, professional and skilled staff, including the highly qualified, Dr. Koochek. I hope the next 50 years will be equally as impressive. Thank you.
