I had a check-up with Ruth which included bilateral X-Rays. Ruth's advice concerning gums was useful and both she and her assistant were calming and friendly. There was some scale and polish work too. All good value at this practice.

After careful consideration and a long consultation with Dr Aak, I decided to have a course of profhilo treatment. I was extremely nervous as I'd never had anything like it before but after talking to Dr Aak, her knowledge and calming way with me, I decided to do it. Still nervous on the day but I was talked through what was going to happen and there was no rushing me. Treatment surprised me as there was no discomfort or pain in any way.. I went along this morning to have a tooth extracted by Andrew Brown, have to say that I am of a very nervous disposition but Andrew and his nurse (I am very sorry but I don't remember her name) were amazing, felt as though they really cared how I felt. Andrew explained exactly what he would be doing broken down into three steps which was really helpful for me as often it's the fear of the unknown that creates anxiety. The whole procedure was over within 30 minutes and I have to say I didn't even realise that he had finished!!! If you ever get recommended to go to Andrew please do not be afraid. I would recommend him 100%. many thanks to you both.
I found Vivek a very professional and friendly dentist. He was new to the practice. I was a very apprehensive patient. I was very nervous. I have not been to a dentist in 40 years. I am a new patient registered to NSDC, I am pleased with the treatment and the advice given by the Dentist, I had a periodontal abscess but was already healed when I went to the Clinic, however, the Dentist still treated my gums and checked all my teeth and gums. Friendly environment and staff. I have checked almost all the reviews of every Dental Clinic nearby and NSDC has an amazing review and so I chose to registered with them.No regrets so far.
