My son has just had his second appointment at Queensway with Sara Davies and Kaitlyn. They were both excellent, they put us at ease and explained everything in a clear and professional way. We have a thorough understanding of the treatment that my son will receive and we are very relaxed and confident that it will be a success. The lady who took us through the first photography stage was excellent too. I would totally recommend it.

I had my braces for 3 years with regular visits. Understandably, any NHS dental provider is bound to be extremely busy and stretched for time, however, this has never compromised quality of care. The practice staff are always friendly and smiling, the service provided was of the best quality. The specialist was gentle and knowledgeable.

I saw hygienist Erica Costa Pinto. She understood my needs and was very gentle - probably one of the best hygiene treatments I've had. Thank you so much, Erica. Regards, Karen

Receptionist was helpful with suggestions if the dentist is booked and busy. Arash Jafari, the dentist who treated me, explains procedures carefully and checks that I am comfortable with everything. All round a much better service than I received previously in London who were very good but not as good as this practice in Bexhill.

I had been in pain for a few days, managed to get an emergency appointment with Westcountry Dental. My experience of the dentist has not been the best however this time I found the service I received from Tony and Jess to be excellent. In fact from the moment I arrived at the moment I left I felt at ease with the whole experience. I would like to say a big thank you to everyone as I am now pain-free.

I have always received excellent service at Smile, being a patient from the very beginning of their being there. I visited them on the 13th of November when they took an impression and also on the 15th when they removed a tooth. Regrettably, the plate had not been made to their instructions and I have to return to have it fitted in 10 days time. They have done all they could to accommodate me as I am going away for a holiday near to the end of November. I will delay my departure date as the holiday date is flexible.
