I have been patient of this dental practice for many years. I have found their service to be very professional and would highly recommend them. In addition to the excellent dental surgeons they have a very courteous and helpful support staff. The practice manager who is often at the reception is always cheerful and helpful. Amongst the treatments that I had with them was a complicated root canal surgery and I was very pleased with the sensitive and professional manner in which the whole procedure was dealt with.
I found Vivek a very professional and friendly dentist. He was new to the practice. I was a very apprehensive patient. I was very nervous. I have not been to a dentist in 40 years. All my teeth had to be removed from the hospital and I went to Vivek for dentures. That treatment is now coming to a close and I intend taking my special needs son to him. I chose this clinic after reading reviews online.
I found the staff very caring and helpful. The dentist was very clear and professional on what treatment was best for me, and I believe the charges were very reasonable. If I had any minor comments, it would be just to ensure the bars are in place on the entrance for a disabled patient. But overall, I am more than happy with the staff, how helpful they were, and professional. That also is the same for the dentist. 10/10.
Excellent dental care from the whole team, but most notably Victoria and most recently Dan, who throughout my double implant journey did his utmost to address all my fears, and I had quite a few! He has done an amazing job. Terrific dental surgeon. We moved to this practice after a poor customer care experience elsewhere, and both my wife and myself have no hesitation in recommending Heather Williams’ Practice. All the staff here are brilliant - maintain the highest professional standards, and continually make us feel individually valued as patients. Superb practice. I’m planning on doing some dental work abroad and they required a panoramic x-ray of my teeth. I had this x-ray taken at Poldent. It was good value compared to what some other clinics were charging. The place was nice and clean. Staff were quite friendly as well. Out of the three or four clinics I’d made inquiries with, they were also the only ones to answer me.
Took me quickly and were really quick. Didn’t have to wait long.
