Underwent root canal and post crown treatment Tuesday, 13th August. As ever, received the usual superb five-star treatment from all concerned. The procedure for the above was clearly explained to me and all costs to be incurred agreed upfront. This isn't the first time I have undergone procedures of this nature at Streetly Smiles and can confirm, I have been very pleased and satisfied with the results in terms of professional expertise and value for money.
I have become very nervous about dental treatment in recent years and on hearing I was to have root cancel treatment Sharmilla sent me to see Kavi and Mina who were both exceptional. I joined this dentist a few months ago and I'm so glad I did. My dentist Ameena and her assistant and all staff have made me feel so welcome and Ameena has calmed my nerves amazingly. I had 3 teeth all broken with just the root left and feared there was no hope for them but Ameena has built me 3 new teeth that look amazing and unbelievably real, I was in shock, I actually cried and all at an extremely reasonable price. I honestly can't thank Amena enough and this amazing dental practice
Each member of staff from the receptionist, to the dental nurses and the dentist himself put me at ease, explain everything in great detail, discussed the treatment options open to me and suited me personally and specifically. All staff were so kind, friendly and personable. I was put at ease by Dr McAleer, after having awful service, treatment and care from a Online Clear Aligner service. He explained how he would correct their mistakes, continue with a treatment plan that was unique to me and what I wanted and made sure that all options were explained. He also answered every one of my questions clearly and in detail so that I got an overall treatment plan that will address many general and cosmetic dentistry concerns I have. I could not have asked for a better dentist or dental team.
