Been to Precision Dental today for the first time. All the staff I met were nice and friendly. And very professional. I was put at ease after having bad experiences with a dentist years ago. I can definitely recommend this dentist. Who are thorough and check everything to do with teeth and oral health. I wish I had visited this dentist years ago.
I've recently had treatments with Ritesh and was treated so well after having a bad experience in the past, so I was nervous about dentists. First-class and so caring - going that extra mile when needed. Going in earlier and staying later to be able to fit in on a very busy workload. Very much appreciated! Very nervous patient attending for the first time. Everyone was so kind, friendly and reassuring. I had a bad toothache and was given antibiotics and an X-ray with a follow up appointment to decide next step treatment. The dentist explained everything to me in detail and was reassuring throughout. I chose this clinic as it was recommended to me by others as being amazing for people with a big fear of going to the dentist.

After suffering from a painful wisdom tooth for quite some time, Abbey Dental Care took care of me. I saw Dr Bailey who was fantastic with me, he prescribed much-needed antibiotics to sort the infection and then referred me to see Dr Joe Gray who extracted the tooth. I was extremely nervous as this was not a straightforward extraction, in terms of how the tooth was growing, where it was growing and also with bone growing over the tooth. The very talented Dr Gray made sure I was comfortable and giving me as many breaks as I needed during the procedure. I can not recommend Abbey Dental Care enough and certainly the Dr's I saw and not to forget the dental nurses who also was fantastic. Along with pleasant reception staff who was also very kind. Without a doubt the best dentist I have ever been to. Excellent manners and courtesy, superb 'bedside manner' and careful to explain what is what while progressing through your treatment. Even more importantly for me (as I am a bit of a coward in a dentist's chair) is pain management. I didn't feel a thing even when undergoing lengthy and complex treatment. He even anaesthetises the local area with a spray before applying the primary anaesthetic by injection which is itself then pain-free. First-rate surgery!
I had such a great experience. I got a wisdom tooth extracted and the dentist was brilliant - he explained everything as we went along and before I knew it, the tooth was out! Will come again
