Recommended by my father who had several implants carried out by Guy Barwell. Guy did a great job as well as supporting my anxiety levels without the need for sedation with his calming aura. He did not let me suffer a step-by-step explanation he got on with the job in hand just as I requested. He completed my implant process to the relaxing music of Led Zepplin’s Stairway to Heaven. The rest of the team was also great and formed a part of providing a superb outcome where we all worked together on choices. Receptionists were important too … that first part of the process and at the beginning of every appointment. Always there to answer every question posed and keep reception a friendly area. I have been coming to this practice for very many years, and have probably by now had most of my teeth attended to, as the years progress. The atmosphere throughout the clinic is really very friendly, from receptionist to hygienist to dentists and assistants. Paul, and Emily, (the dentist and nurse I book in with) make every effort to put a patient at ease and put great emphasis on clearly explaining procedures and the reasons for work to be done, which is really helpful. I used to be a nervous patient, but now I don't give my visits a second thought! I could not recommend them more highly. They are so kind and thoughtful.
Am normally fearful/nervous of anything to do with dentistry but the team at Brigstock were extremely professional and put me at ease & am very happy with my first consultation and assured that all was not lost.
