Dr Ordi as a very highly skilled professional treated me, as usual I received excellent care, treatment and advice. Previously I had two fillings from Chloe and by far was one of my best experience I have had at the dentist. Very professional and made you feel very relaxed and explained every step of the process. From the time I went into the building and booked in, the Lovely receptionist Sue helps to relax you.Such a lovely smile. Right from the start, I have to say this is not a cheap option. However, having decided on this I must say that the procedure was as painless as it possibly could be. It is a long process as Mr Shah prefers for everything to heal properly rather than rush things through. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and I am delighted with the results. I have been patient of this dental practice for many years. I have found their service to be very professional and would highly recommend them. In addition to the excellent dental surgeons they have a very courteous and helpful support staff. The practice manager who is often at the reception is always cheerful and helpful. Amongst the treatments that I had with them was a complicated root canal surgery and I was very pleased with the sensitive and professional manner in which the whole procedure was dealt with.
I found Vivek a very professional and friendly dentist. He was new to the practice. I was a very apprehensive patient. I was very nervous. I have not been to a dentist in 40 years. All my teeth had to be removed from the hospital and I went to Vivek for dentures. That treatment is now coming to a close and I intend taking my special needs son to him.
