Due to an extremely upsetting childhood experience, I now suffer from a phobia of dentists. Such is my fear, that as soon as I enter the room and see the dentist chair, I start crying. The consequence of my phobia is I have only visited random dentists when necessary, and therefore had to experience invasive treatment such as root canal or extraction. As I have aged, I have realised how important it is to find a dentist and keep my teeth! I contacted Castle Park Dental Care online, (after much research to find the right practice with a female dentist). I then ignored their calls. They gently coaxed me into visiting the practice for a cup of coffee and a chat. Special thanks to Gail I decided I should at least have a first appointment, which I did with Ozge. She was amazing, listening to all of my fears through tears and also helped me with monitoring my breathing, (I hold my breath through fear) and helping me with breathing exercises to relax. Today I have been back to visit Ozge, after deciding to have the two required fillings in one session. I opted from the laser treatment, so no injections or aggressive drilling, I was astonished it was pain-free! Throughout the treatment Ozge explained exactly what she was doing, showed me the instruments she was using and continued to monitor my breathing, stopping when I needed a minute. I am now on the road to recovery in terms of my dental health, and equally creating new and positive experiences with a fantastic dentist. Thank you so much Ozge and Katie (Dental Nurse). I cannot highly enough recommend this practice, they really do care. For some this will be a long post, (so you will not have reached the end of it, I am sure). But, for those with a phobia of dentists it will be a short post, as you are looking for the answer, where I can find a dentist who will understand and support me. A welcoming and knowledgeable team who provided a safe, efficient, effective and relaxed experience despite it taking place during the pandemic period. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist in the area.

Mr Patel is the best dentist I have ever had. Over the years I have had some serious dental work and he has been a true professional. The end result has always been amazing, cannot praise him enough. I would recommend this practice without hesitation and Mr Patel in particular. The clinic and all the staff are friendly and very efficient. They always answer the phone. Cannot rate the experience highly enough.

I had an appointment with Iwona the hygienist this morning. I must admit I was not looking forward to it! however I came away feeling fantastic! My teeth have never been cleaned so well! She was so professional and you could tell she knew what she was doing! She was very gentle but firm! My teeth have never looked so clean! I cannot recommend her enough! I do not usually write reviews but she is so good she is worth my time to write this! Also I must mention Catalina who was there assisting her, lovely girl, pleasant and also very professional! They made a great team. All in all a very pleasant experience.

I recently lost a cracked molar and so looked into having a dental implant and chose Regent Street Dental Practice after reading the online reviews. I was nervous at my first appointment and also upset about losing a tooth but Dr Shiraz was brilliant; he put me at ease, explained the process and pricing and I trusted him from day one. I had the first part of my treatment last week and it went a lot better than I thought it would - extremely quick, painless and professional. Dr Shiraz is a Tooth Wizard! The reception team also deserve a mention as they’re very friendly. I’m so pleased that I’ve gone with this Practice as so far they’ve been tip-top.

What an exceptional dental team! The staff members are highly professional and create a warm and inviting atmosphere for patients, providing outstanding treatments. The dental hygienist is absolutely brilliant. The results left me completely amazed. I will surely be returning for future visits. Finally, I have found a dentist whom I genuinely appreciate.

Very surprised how at ease the dentist & nurse made me feel. We both had to leave our usual dentist as it had shut down. After being with a dentist for many years it’s a bit worrying finding a new one. Both my husband & I were very pleased with our choice. We especially like the dentist for explaining going forward he will do a dental plan & explain our procedures. My husband has trouble with lower dentures he can’t wear them. With the Blue Raven Dentist he has given my husband an idea how he can make them fit in future. Treatment is yet to start it will be after Christmas. Blue Raven is a very clean well organised Dental Practice.
