Mr Patel is the best dentist I have ever had. Over the years I have had some serious dental work and he has been a true professional. The end result has always been amazing, cannot praise him enough. I would recommend this practice without hesitation and Mr Patel in particular. The clinic and all the staff are friendly and very efficient. They always answer the phone. I have been patient of this dental practice for many years. I have found their service to be very professional and would highly recommend them. In addition to the excellent dental surgeons they have a very courteous and helpful support staff. The practice manager who is often at the reception is always cheerful and helpful. Amongst the treatments that I had with them was a complicated root canal surgery and I was very pleased with the sensitive and professional manner in which the whole procedure was dealt with.
I found the staff very caring and helpful. The dentist was very clear and professional on what treatment was best for me, and I believe the charges were very reasonable. If I had any minor comments, it would be just to ensure the bars are in place on the entrance for a disabled patient. But overall, I am more than happy with the staff, how helpful they were, and professional. That also is the same for the dentist. 10/10.
