I recall seeing Debbie at another practice several years ago, I am so pleased to have found Debbie again. Debbie is extremely professional at the same time being very caring and understanding about any concerns you may have. Everything is explained step by step, any questions that you may have answered. My husband and I have been going to Oakdale dental practice since we were five years old and still going in our late sixties and early seventies. The practice has gone from strength to strength and has moved with the times in decor and dentistry. The staff are very friendly, helpful, fun and professional.

I had to finally get my teeth sorted. Due to a history of bad dentists and me not feeling happy with the overall appearance of my teeth. I went to Pallant Orthodontics for a consultation, as well as a couple of others and chose Pallant for my treatment. I chose them because they made me feel very comfortable and confident in their ability to deliver what I wanted. Also, they fully understood any concerns I had and appreciated all the questions I asked. Nothing was too much trouble. I feel the level of service I received fully justified the cost and it was in line with other orthodontic practices. The staff are friendly and helpful. No question is too silly, they take the time to explain the process and discuss any concerns you may have. The facilities are in Chichester are extremely well maintained and welcoming, as are the reception staff. The care throughout my treatment has been first rate. Alastair, (the founder of the practice), has a fantastic patient rapport, which makes you feel at ease and never under pressure. Each question and decision made through my treatment was discussed. I felt very much included and empowered with the process. Nicky the treatment coordinator, who we met first, was extremely helpful, understanding and took time to explain all the processes involved with the treatment plan. We felt she was open and honest regarding all aspects of the procedure. We did not feel pressured into saying yes, or making a decision there and then. We were able to go away to reflect and discuss in private all areas of the treatment plan, as this is such a big commitment, financially and emotionally. The practice is very modern, clean, contemporary. It's extremely professional and so are all the staff.

Had a consultation today and found this clinic to be very Covid19 aware was very pleased with this. My consultation was very professional and the staff were very friendly.
