Simon puts the gentle into gentleman and is acutely attentive when it comes to understanding your needs, which in my case have been nothing short of challenging. He's the epitome of a consummate professional at all times. He is very respectful and reassuring, conveying everything with utmost clarity and is extremely capable of delivering on all aspects of your denture needs, ensuring you both a comfortable fit and a pleasant experience. After suffering from a painful wisdom tooth for quite some time, Abbey Dental Care took care of me. I saw Dr Bailey who was fantastic with me, he prescribed much-needed antibiotics to sort the infection and then referred me to see Dr Joe Gray who extracted the tooth. I was extremely nervous as this was not a straightforward extraction, in terms of how the tooth was growing, where it was growing and also with bone growing over the tooth. The very talented Dr Gray made sure I was comfortable and giving me as many breaks as I needed during the procedure. I can not recommend Abbey Dental Care enough and certainly the Dr's I saw and not to forget the dental nurses who also was fantastic. Along with pleasant reception staff who was also very kind. Excellent explanation and state-of-the-art equipment. We met the dentist on time and he offered all the needed information to us while sharing the diagnosis in pictures.

Without a doubt the best dentist I have ever been to. Excellent manners and courtesy, superb 'bedside manner' and careful to explain what is what while progressing through your treatment. Even more importantly for me (as I am a bit of a coward in a dentist's chair) is pain management. I didn't feel a thing even when undergoing lengthy and complex treatment. He even anaesthetises the local area with a spray before applying the primary anaesthetic by injection which is itself then pain-free. First-rate surgery!

I had such a great experience. I got a wisdom tooth extracted and the dentist was brilliant - he explained everything as we went along and before I knew it, the tooth was out! Will come again

My family and I have had nothing but the best treatment. The staff all go out of their way to accommodate us by fitting us in if there is an emergency and always being friendly and making us feel at home.

Had a full set of upper dentures fitted by Michael. what can I say, after visiting many private dental practices and still not finding the right fit/appearance Michael understood my needs and took the time to listen to how the lack of teeth affected my life. The staff as a whole are kind, polite and hardworking. Such a lovely atmosphere too. If you are looking for amazing dentures at a far lower price than every other private dentist, then this is the practice to contact. Thank you all once again.

As a child in the, I was traumatised by my experiences at the hands of the school dental service which I carried through into my adult life. After suffering from years of pain through various issues with my teeth, I plucked up courage to contact Ferndale House Dental Practice to make an appointment. My fear was so great that I was actually in tears during the call. I attended my first appointment physically shaking but had no cause to worry. My first steps inside the reception completely changed my opinion. Every member of staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Mr Duran is amazing, he calmed my extensive nerves and during every consultation, he asks if I feel ok with what is being done and stops whenever I need to take a break. I can't recommend them highly enough
