I have been cleaning my teeth for a long time with different hygienists but I never ever felt so relax like with Mr.Sabri from Novusklinik. This is a great place to have your teeth cleaned and/or whitening. She is very gentle and she really cleans well your teeth. If you care about your teeth then make sure your teeth are properly cleaned and not rush-cleaned. I finally found my dental hygienist care and will recommend her to everyone.

It is a well-established team with fairly experienced, highly qualified specialists. Many of the specialists have studied and graduated in Europe. They approach their work in a coordinated and disciplined manner. I'm perfectly satisfied with their work on my tough ones. Value for money can't be beaten! Keep it up West Dent Team!

A very professional clinic with the best dentist-patient and fluent in English DR CEM was amazing at explaining everything and taking his time to ensure I was comfortable with everything. I have just returned home having had laser eye surgery through Sam Patient Services. I had initially thought I would have it done in the UK but I was quoted £4,500 so I decided to research going to Turkey - I have previously been to Izmir but via a different company. Having done my research I decided to contact Sam patient services where my coordinator (Murat)asked for information about my eyesight, general health questions etc and I sent them an eye report from the opticians so that the surgeon could review all the information to see if I was suitable. I was also advised that there were several options for laser eye surgery (all explained individually along with the prices and what was included I.e. accommodation, breakfast etc) and that this could be discussed with the surgeon as to which would be more suitable for me. The surgeon confirmed that I was suitable and I would be able to have the procedure in around 3 weeks time! I then paid a small deposit to secure my booking but the remaining balance would need to be pain in sterling on arrival - this is common practice in Turkey. On arrival to Izmir I was collected from the airport via VIP taxi service who took me to the hotel - the Ramada Encore. The hotel was lovely and I had a sea view room on the 17th floor. After a short time my coordinator arrived to take payment and explained we would then go to the eye hospital (only 5 minutes away). I had several tests at the eye hospital and everything was explained to me at all stages in the process. The English spoken was very good. I was then introduced to the eye surgeon who explained more about the procedures and I decided to have the ‘Smile’ surgery. I was told I was able to have the surgery in around an hours time! I was transferred with another representative from Sam (everyone I met from Sam spoke excellent English and were lovely!) via hospital minibus to the central location to have the surgery. I was gowned up and given some eye drops and pain relief before the surgery. There was no pain during the surgery and the surgeon spoke to me (again in very good English!) throughout the procedure which was very quick. Afterwards it was explained to me about taking my eye drops and medication and I was given protective glasses to wear and potential side effects. My eyes were a bit blurry afterwards and I just wanted to close them - it had been a long day so I made sure I had all the medication and went to sleep! I was booked in for a check up the next morning where I met the surgeon again who confirmed everything was a success and confirmed my eyes would continue to improve over the next 3 months. I could see so much better already! I was also given information on the procedure to take home with me along with further medication. The next day I did a tour to Ephesus which Sam patient services arranged and would recommend. The following day I returned home! It’s amazing the difference it has made already - my issue was distance and astigmatism. I would whole heartedly recommend Sam Patient Services and would contact them again if I wanted any further procedures. I felt reassured the whole time and anytime I needed to speak to my coordinator they were really responsive to my questions. I have not been paid for this review but believe that when good service is received it should be recognised.

Full mouth implants Wow!! What an experience! I have never been happy with my teeth, even as a boy. Looking back on old photographs, I found it sad that I wasn't smiling in any of them. My daughter is getting married this week and I decided to look to Turkey to try to give me the work I needed to be able to smile confidently at my daughters wedding. From my first enquiry, I was made to feel so special and that I was going to be looked after. I was eased through the process with care and total understanding. I wanted something done quickly and this request was met with total ease. I accepted the quote for the treatment and the rest is history. I was met from the airport in a limousine, taken to a wonderful hotel, where I was served room service at 01.30. The next morning I was met at the hotel and taken to the clinic, which happened to be a 20 second walk from the hotel. The clinic looked like the surgery on the Starship Enterprise! State of the art. After signing paperwork, I was escorted up for my treatment. After discussing the results of my X-rays with the dentist, I asked if I could change our agreed treatment plan and go for total extraction and full implants. This request was re worked, a new plan agreed almost instantly and it required me to stay an extra day. I re booked my return flight and the treatment started. I was in the chair for nearly nine hours and I can honestly say, it was a fantastic experience. I hate dentistry and everything that goes with it, hence needing thos treatment! But it was completely painless and I found myself, enjoying the treatment and marvelling at what was going in! The staff were amazing and I never had less than 4 people around me comforting me, putting me at my ease and just making the whole experience special. I was prepared for pain, swelling, and being uncomfortable, but thought it a price worth paying for the results I wanted. Well none of that happened. It was pain free, even after the local anesthetic wore off. I slept like a baby after the first day and awoke the next morning, with no pain, and my swelling had gone down. I was there 4 nights and kept waiting for the pain, but it didn't happen! If I didn't know better, I would say it was witchcraft? My temporary implants were fitted on my last day and it felt like I was born with them. I could speak properly instantly and after a couple of days, eating felt normal. It was a wonderful experience, the staff were amazing and I was treated like a celebrity. That is something that should happen in the UK, but sadly doesn't. I can not recommend this treatment by these wonderful people highly enough. It almost felt like a religious experience to me. I can't wait to go back in 6 months time for my permanent implants. I can't stop smiling and I love it.

A wonderful clinic in new state of the art facilities with friendly staff who helped me with great advice and speedy service. I have finally got my smile back. Highly recommended.

The driver pick me up from the hotel to attend the appointment and dropped me off the hotel after the appointment. I have 7 teeth exacted and 9 implants done. The operation went well so far despite the pain. I can't wait to go back to have my Permanent crowns done this October. I would be pleased if Umut Dental Clinic could pay me some money to cover the cost of my hotel accommodation and airport transfer for my first visit.

I found Ihlamur Dent Dental Clinic on 'WhatClinic' and communicated through WhatsApp directly with Dr Volkan Karabey. He answered all my queries thoroughly and promptly. Excellent communication and prompt replies by the dentist himself is always a good sign so I chose this surgery and traveled to istanbul and I wasn't disappointed. He completed 3 of my crowns and some bonding within agreed timeframe and costs. If something additional is needed to complete the treatment effectively which couldn't be foreseen before attending clinic that would be extra of course as with all things in life. Clinic is modern and clean and staff are friendly and courteous. I would rate his services and patient care (during and even after treatment) as 10/10 and highly recommend him if you visit Istanbul.

What can I say but Wow clincton is an amazing company. Our representative was Seline and she was so kind, supportive and patient with my daughter and I. My daughter had an operation too and Seline even scrubbed up and went into the operating room with her as she was so nervous. This meant she missed lunch and was at the hospital for hours with her. She was always on call and got all our answers immediately. So kind to us both and Bella and appreciate her so much. The surgeons for both mine and Bella were absolutely brilliant.
