I was having problems with my current dental clinic but WestDent tried to help me so much! Excellent customer service. I am so happy that choose SAM Patient Services, they offer and do deliver excellent service. In fact they have exceeded my expectations. From the very first communication, representative Berfin, was my rock and got me through this process. Arranging Transfer to/from airport in the private car, checking in and out of the hotel, arranging accompanying me in every singe appointment in clinic and offering translation when needed and making sure I was taken to the room and meeting my Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and the Anaesthetist, and even visiting me in hospital bringing me water and juices, displaying care and attention. My every single question was answered before and after. I felt confident all the way. If I ever need another procedure, I will most definitely will use SAM Patient Services again and again.

Absolutely amazing service! Dent Royal gives world-class treatment overall. Brilliant staff, great clinic, quality products with warranties and professional dentists. I was so scared after hearing about all the horror stories, but Dent Royal Team proved to be the legit and honest clinic. They sent me all the information I asked for and was able to have an online consultation and see the clinic and the dentists. My dentist Dr Ebru speaks English so there was no language barrier or need for a translator. Don’t pay too much attention to bad Turkish dental reviews, there’s good & bad in every country but the Dent Royal is one of the best!!!

I had gastric sleeve surgery on 26 January 2023. I was obese on the BMI scale, however my reason for the surgery was arthritis pain in my knees and fibromyalgia. The whole experience was fantastic from the initial communication through to today. All staff I came into contact with were extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I am no longer classed as obese nor overweight on the BMI scale and my arthritis and fibromyalgia do not bother me daily anymore. It was, and continues to be, the best decision I have made for myself.

I recently had some extensive dental work done by Dr Kole and her team; 4 teeth replaced and veneers. I am so pleased with the results. The clinic is spotlessly clean, and the staff are lovely. I'm not a fan of dentists but I would highly recommend this practice, they were patient, understanding and very accommodating. Excellent value for money.
