Hi there I’m Chuck west dental patient. Whoever you are this is a great place to visit and do your dental treatment. I walked in on Monday 5 September and I did all of my 24 teeth and I fly back to London on Friday 9 September. Doctors and welcoming- 10/10. Painless treatment. Elegant and professional. PRICE IS UNBEATABLE. All in all my life changed in 5 days. I can smile I don’t hide anymore. No matter where ever I live this will be my dental place every time I need them. Once more thank you wonderful people.

Having researched months prior and having had colleagues who went to other hospitals in Turkey for similar procedures my gut feeling was to go with Sam Patient services, purely due to the diligence and effort put into reassuring all my reservations and queries. I have never met such humble, honest and empathetic working professionals given that I come from medical background. The level of honesty and sincerity was out of this world. Care provided from the beginning of enquiry to day of discharge from; Gokmen his colleague my amazing Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and all the nurses including the cleaners, caterers, the VIP drivers with the smooth fast transition of transport to and from destinations which were already present and waiting on our arrival and the admin staff was impeccable and delivered at Gold Standard to say the least. I have already suggested multiple people from UK and I’ve only been back day!!!. That’s how happy I was with the level of service, care and honesty provided to me along my personal journey. I didn't receive any recommendations for this company; I found it on my own. Based on how wonderful and welcoming they have been, I won't hesitate to return in the future. Absolutely amazing service! Dent Royal gives world-class treatment overall. Brilliant staff, great clinic, quality products with warranties and professional dentists. I was so scared after hearing about all the horror stories, but Dent Royal Team proved to be the legit and honest clinic. They sent me all the information I asked for and was able to have an online consultation and see the clinic and the dentists. My dentist Dr Ebru speaks English so there was no language barrier or need for a translator. Don’t pay too much attention to bad Turkish dental reviews, there’s good & bad in every country but the Dent Royal is one of the best!!!

After many weeks of research I found B&G Health Clinic. These guys ticked all the boxes in what I was looking for and what I needed. I was given a phone number for a lovely lady her name is Bilgi. This lady is absolutely fantastic you can message through what’s app. Bilgi arranged absolutely everything for me right down from meeting me at the airport with transfer transport to clinic plus a fantastic stay in the hospital with the most caring and brilliant staff that take care of you 24 seven and then you’ve got the surgeon. What can I say about this surgeon he is one of the best surgeons I could talk about. He is absolutely fantastic and very friendly comes and sees you have chats with you. Then after my operation and stay in the hospital transport was arranged to take me to a five star hotel. Wow hotel was absolutely brilliant with a thermal swimming pool. Only problem was the bar was a little bit expensive but you won’t need it, then I was picked up the following morning from the hotel I transferred back to the airport. If anybody is considering weight loss surgery, I do recommend giving these guys a try- even have a chat with them.

I recently had some extensive dental work done by Dr Kole and her team; 4 teeth replaced and veneers. I am so pleased with the results. The clinic is spotlessly clean, and the staff are lovely. I'm not a fan of dentists but I would highly recommend this practice, they were patient, understanding and very accommodating. Excellent value for money.
