Well, My treatment was just finishing when Scott H was there. (If I am not mistaken, Scott you were in the reception speaking to my sister Michelle). What a transformation Dr. Baysal as everyone at my work from Customers to trade people saying how fantastic & natural my teeth looked. Volkan was always communicative via WhatsApp and allayed my fears as to getting an implant done. On the day of the procedure everything was explained and the implant provider (astra) was also on hand as support. As of a week later my implant has settled in and am looking forward to getting the permanent tooth in 4 months time. Thank you!

Where do I start? From the beginning until the end it was a smooth and wonderful service I had. I’ve been there twice now and I had good treatment done by most of the doctors and all I can say is I don’t regret my money at all it was a good investment so well done Dr Omer and your team. I even dragged my whole family along to get their treatment and all of them left the clinic on a happy note. I did have a little issue and after speaking to Tehmeena she’s happily managed to find a solution for it. The only advice I can potentially give is for the staff esp the dental ones to be more conversant in English if it wasn’t for Kenan and Tehmeena as well Dr Omer it can become a little challenging but overall I will definitely recommend the clinic services as it’s worth it.

Nurses are sooooooo nice. I became friends with them, we do still talk on the phone and follow us on the socials. Try to be friends with them in this case you can ask all of your questions whenever you want at the same time you would have lovely people in your life. It is really important for after care and they are really nice people. I am happy with my chin lipo, arm lipo and upper back lipo operations.
