There are not enough words to describe the most amazing and wonderful experience that I have ever had in any dental office or in dealing with any dental surgeon, as my experience with Dr. Armenta. I have had dental issues since I was a child, been to many dentists and surgeons in various countries. In 2017 I was told that I had to have all of my teeth taken out. Being in my '50's I was not prepared to have dentures. Living in Canada, I could not afford to do all implants. And so began our research and quest for someone in Mexico. My husband and I went to Puerto Vallarta and saw several surgeons and dentists, Dr. Armenta being the last one of the day. After having a scan done and talking to Dr Armenta for a couple of hours, both my husband and I said that there was no one else that we would use. By the time the consultation was done, I knew that it did not matter whether I had 20 million dollars or 2,000 dollars. He was the only one that I would ever trust to do the extensive work that was required. The only person that I would trust to do something that could alter my facial appearance. I returned in 2018. I had an 11 hour surgery where Dr. Armenta's office pretty much turned into an operating room. The most amazing anesthesiologist was there, Dr. Felipe Robles. From the time that I sat in that chair for the surgery, I don't think that I have ever felt any safer than I felt that day. And trust me, I have had so many oral surgeries that I have lost count. all of my teeth were removed. I had 15 implants in total put in top and bottom, bone grafting done both top and bottom and sinus lift surgery on both sides. I was stitched from one side of my mouth to the other, again top and bottom. Dr Felipe was the one who gave me the required medication. When my eyes opened, as of that time on, not one drop of blood came out of my mouth. I was prescribed strong pain killers should I need them, but I can honestly tell you, that i never took one of the strong painkillers. Dr. Armenta worked tirelessly with me. I was there for a month. When Dr. Armenta said that if need be, he would be working with me into the night, he was not kidding. There was no "its 5 p.m. and time to go home". There were some late nights and he looked exhausted, but he would not leave until he had it just perfect. I had not been able to chew a steak in over 30 years. Before I returned home, I chewed my first steak with my temporary prosthesis and for the first time in many years, I realised why I had the digestive issues that I had. I was able to chew a piece of meat into almost nothing. I no longer have migraines, my digestive issues have almost disappeared and for the first time in so many years, I no longer put my hand in front of my mouth to cover my smile or my laughter. After the surgery in 2018, when I came back to Canada, people that knew me could not believe the difference in my face. People were telling me and still tell me that I looked / look 10 years younger. I went back for the second part of the procedure, which was to put in the final prosthesis in 2019. Today, I look at photos of 2017 and the photos of today and I am SO proud of my smile and my face as it looks now. Between Dr. Felipe who was so incredibly amazing, knowledgeable and again, gave me the perfect combination of medications (I would never do any kind of surgery, especially dental like this without anesthesia) and Dr. Armenta, who is very much a perfectionist as I came to learn after hours of sitting in his chair and am so greatful for, I honestly don't have enough words to express my gratitude. I will never be able to describe in words the difference that he has made in my life. It is now 2023, I have had zero issues, been for some check ups with dentists in Canada who have all remarked that they have not seen work like this very often. Dr. Armenta, I say it every time that I come and see you and I am saying it again, you honestly gave me an amazing gift and I will never, ever forget all that you did and continue to do for me.

I was there for me and my wife for dental work and Dr Maria Fernanda was the best . She is very professional, experienced, and friendly, and always asks are you doing ok. Painless and she is one of the best Dr I ever work with. Dr Fernanda thank you so much for the great and amazing job you did. Upon receiving recommendations to getting dental done in Mexico, I arrived and went to multiple clinics, and interviewed and reviewed facilities. I found Rancherito to be forthcoming with honesty and answers. They listened and put a plan together that met my timeframes and needs. I left with a smile, as big as theirs when I first walked through that door. You know you are in the right place when you can meet and speak with the owner. I now take my parents there also.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Claudio and Arlette for many years. We are in PV for 5-6 months from the U.S. We actually wait to have our teeth checked when we come back to PV because they are top-notch. We have had implants, emergency extraction, whitening, cleanings and general checkups. Their office is immaculately clean with the best modern equipment. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and confident in their abilities to do excellent dental care. We not only consider them highly professional but kind and caring friends.

Dr. Nava and his staff, Eva, Astrid, Dr. Stephanie are awesomely amazing from start to finish. 5-star treatment, they take you everywhere you need to go to and from the clinic, the store, the airport, I didn’t have to think about anything but my treatment, what an excellent experience! Dr Nava is precise and methodical in every step of your treatment, he explains everything to you and does amazing work. He is truly one of the best dentists on this planet !! I had a fractured tooth pulled in October by my dentist in Dansville, NY. She told me a three-unit bridge (1 full pontic and 2 anchor crowns) would cost a little over $3000. I declined because I knew I could have it done in Los Algodones, Mexico, a 15-minute drive from Yuma, for much less. Today I had new porcelain fused to a metal permanent bridge installed on my third visit to Fine Quality Dental. The first was an initial consultation/exam and the second was the prep work. My experience with Dr Charles Zuman and his assistants was excellent from beginning to end. I researched his and other clinics in detail prior to selecting him. The bridge and procedure are as good as could be obtained in the US. Its total cost was $750. If Dr Zuman practised in my home area I would switch to him as my dentist even if he charged American prices for regular services. If any of you are facing expensive dental work there are places outside the US where you can get equal quality work for less than a third of the cost.
