So glad I did the research before my sister and I came to Algodones. We visited several dentists that was happy to promise everything in a day or two, except one, that being Smile Center, who said we needed to let things heal before proceeding to a final result. They told my sister, she only needed to replace 2 teeth, not 22 as prescribed by the other dentists including 1 in the US. We are so happy with the decision we made and the results we received. We can only thank them for their integrity, vision and skill. Hopefully, you’ll find the same to be true. I had a full upper dental implant, including extractions, bone grafts, implants, temporary dentures, and finally, permanent enamel dentures. This work was all done for 25% of the price I was quoted in the USA. My dentists and oral surgeons were outstanding, and there was always someone there to interpret when I needed it. Unlike American dentists, they actually LISTENED to me when I expressed my needs, instead of trying to talk me into something else. When I told them the local anaesthetic was wearing off, no one said "It'll just be a few more minutes..." - They just administered a new round of anaesthetic.
