I made contact with Novus clinic through Whatclinic platform. Salma have contacted me the same day, and have made 3 different plans for me, which we discussed later. After explaining to me the 3 plans, I have made the decision to do the single-stage plan. I have booked a flight to confirm my reservation. Once I arrived at Istanbul airport the clinic driver was waiting to take me to the hotel. The next day I started the treatment. The procedure was professional and not so painful. The service was perfect. My contact Salma was with me every day during the treatment to translate and be sure that I receive the best service. After the treatment, I was very happy with the results and I had no pain at all. It was a good experience. I strictly recommend Novus clinic to everyone that want to have a nice smile with the best quality materials and services.

Bespoke is absolutely incredible! As a person who suffers with anxiety from going to the dentist due to having negative experiences in the past. I have felt completely comfortable with each visit and will most definitely continue to! I first visited in an emergency appointment due to tooth pain, was seen that evening and left completely pain-free! Dr Arzu has completed my root canal treatment and is in the process of placing a crown. She is so kind and welcoming, taking me through each step of treatment, and ensuring I feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. I cannot thank her and the practice enough. They are amazing! I meet a patient who had come to this dentist and had implants. I was in Marmaris on holiday and need a filling so I went, I was so impressed with the friendliness of all the staff especially Ruken she fit in myself and my sister in I had my filling done, my husband had a cleaning which he said was the best he had ever had and My sister will be returning to have implants done. A great place to come for your dental work.

Laura and her team were excellent. Professional, friendly and efficient. I had a root canal with crown and 3 fillings all carried out to a very high standard. Thier diagnostics and scanning equipment along with attention to detail surpass anything I have experienced in UK. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I had dental treatment at H-dent. We found the staff to be always courteous and attentive. Our treatment plans included extractions, fillings and crowns. I just came to Ukraine three days ago from London to see Dr. Duda and his team for a consultation about my top teeth. Dr. Duda made an appointment to see me again on Tuesday 21/12/2021 and again on 24/12/2021 I hope everything will ok. As soon you are at the door you feel welcome. And also the lady in the reception Kate tried her best. Even help me, call for me a taxi and she calls back the taxi man if I am ok and she tells the taxi driver to make sure he should take the right place.

Another dentist aborted a root canal and sent me away. A massive pain quickly developed so I contacted this surgery and so glad that I did. I am not a good patient but they gave me an emergency appointment, put me at my ease and extracted the molar (when Gary should have been having his lunch break). Absolutely delighted with this dentist, he handled my emergency perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble and the result excellent. I strongly recommend Gary Wu and his surgery.
